Cannot recommend this place enough! I have gone in here a few times just to have my bike checked out, or pumped with air. The staff is EXTREMELY helpful. I am a fairly new rider and the first time I walked in here, I had not rode a bike in years and was very scared and clueless. They helped with advice and tips, and made sure my bike was safe and in working order.

Customer service at Jax is way better than I could ever hope for! They were all very nice, funny, and helpful with assisting me with a new tire on my wheel! I hardly had to wait and I was out riding in no time ?

The guys here always come in clutch with a quick fix and advice for my bike.I got a Pure Fix Cycle I'd bought with them back in 2012 and I take it there for any issues or questions I have. I got a flat pack with them that allows me to get a patch or tube replacement if I get a flat and I took it in earlier today 30 minutes before they closed and the guy got it done in 20 so he's a real one for it.

OMG the WORST customer service from the general manager Thomas. So my family and I were bike shopping and being smart shoppers we went to two locations to price compare. First we went to Fullerton Bicycle company and then to Jax. Prices in Jax is marked up much much higher. We haven't bought bikes since we were kids so obviously we had some questions. Thomas demeanor from the start made me feel very uncomfortable even to ask questions. He seemed annoyed to even be helping. Having a sales background I was trained to have the mindset of Always be closing. But not Thomas. He was lazy and absolutely did not want to do anything. Shocking he is the general manager. When I asked him to price match with Fullerton bicycle he told us why would he want to sell the bike for lesser margin. So basically he didn't want to close the deal. I mean it's better to make a sale then not make a sale in my opinion. After the worst treatment I got from a salesperson we left and bought 2 amazing bikes at Fullerton bicycle company and received great service with Sam. I guess Jax doesn't need the business. Happy to take my business elsewhere.

Thomas was a great help to us and answered all of our questions. He also was very kind and patient to help fix the bike issue we brought my son’s Trek in with. I also noticed they make it a point to great everyone as soon as they walk in. Very nice people there!

Great peeps and Service! I highly recommend Jax Bicycle Center to anyone looking to buy or service their bike. We brought our Son's MTB here for service at the same time tried their new Trek e-bikes, our service guy/sales dude has been nothing but AWESOME! A+ Customer service and very knowledgeable of their product! (which is essential especially for big ticket items such an their awesome Treks) Again! I highly recommend this place! Great people and product knowledge.

Bought an original Electra seat online for pick up before the store opened. I got a call within minutes for pick up. So fast and reliable. Also great price. The store is stocked…ended up leaving with a bike for my son. It was a pre-owned but was a great price, aluminum, 7 speed Electra Cruiser. Can get better than that! Thank you and see you guys soon!

Amazing experience. The shop is huge clean, plenty of options and they have everything you could want biking related. The staff were very polite and knew their stuff. Got my daughter a Trek pre caliber 24 in beautiful Red. We were both very impressed. We will back for sure! :)

Big thank you to Thomas for the solid customer service today. My brother and I went in to grab some gear and ended up taking up about an hour of Thomas's time asking questions about different gear/bikes. His honestly, professionalism and knowledge was greatly appreciated. He reminded me of what impact you can make on people when you are at work. Thank you Thomas! I will make every effort to check Jax for all my gear going forward. I will gladly pay more if needed with that type of customer service.
