I was almost wrongfully charged $80+ for some damages/tank not being full but thank goodness I had photo evidence to show, so Owen was able to reverse these charges. I was struggling at home trying to get a gaming chair hydraulic cylinder removed from its wheel base for so long(you have no idea!), and figured I'd ask at tool rentals to see if maybe you guys had any ideas. Instead you guys went the extra mile and took a look at it, popped that hydraulic cylinder base out in less than 30 seconds and our whole interaction took barely even a minute. I was in awe.
