This is one of those instances where I should have looked at reviews before coming in. Of course, like most car places, you go in for one thing and they tell you that you have a list of things that need to be repaired. In this case we went in for an oil change and then got a call saying we need brake fluid serviced as well as an alignment and new battery. Well our car was aligned eight weeks ago and we got a new battery about four months ago so it felt like we were given the mechanic shakedown. We did opt to do a brake fluid flush, which ended up ruining a sensor in the brake system. They said they didn't break anything and that everything was working fine, but they told us to come in for a quick reset of the sensor. Cut to waiting for over an hour without anyone updating me on why this quick fix was taking so long. I asked for an update and was treated like I was really inconveniencing them and keeping them from doing their work. When I confronted them about their lack of communication I was laughed at. After over an hour we were sent home without a fix, but to their credit they did order the part which they would fix for free even though they kept claiming nothing was broken and they didn't do anything wrong. To make a long story slightly shorter, their communication was severely lacking, their customer service was fairly rude, and their quality for cost was less than stellar.

Leo is incredible. A piece of our car started scraping on the ground after we hit a bump - luckily we were close to Firestone. We pulled in and Leo came out, listened to us, fixed the car in a couple minutes. He was super kind and we will be coming back!

Consistently the absolute worst place to bring your vehicle. At 2 separate times I had quick tire repairs done here. They scratched my wheels, and they grinded the inside of the tire too low to the point the tire was ruined. The Firestone in Brea took care of the issue. I just came to Fullerton for an emergency tire fix because of a nail. I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes while 1 guy was talking to someone else. They don't address you in here, and no one else helps you out. Done with Fullerton.

I took my car into Firestone at 11 am to get my tire patched and they said it would be done in two hours. At 5 pm it still wasn't done. I work close by and I hear that they have problems like this all the time. There were 5 guys and they only had one car. If you don't want to waste your whole day waiting around then don't go there.

Robin (the manager) was great! He helped me get exactly what my car needed without upselling me. The team was efficient and friendly! The wait time was reasonable as well. Definitely recommend!

This Firestone is our go-to local mechanic shop for me and my boyfriend’s vehicles. They are always friendly, have great customer service, and take the utmost care of our cars. Even if it’s a problem beyond their scope they are so helpful in finding a solution and helping folks who aren’t familiar with cars, like myself, get in the right direction. They are very quick with getting to our cars even if we are a walk-in or last minute drop-off when problems arise. Couldn’t ask for a more reliable service!

I just stopped in for a quick top off of the air in my tires. I was greeted with a smile by the manager and was in and out in just minutes.

This is the Chino hills location. The manager, Hugo lied to me about my cars steering wheel being 'upside down' when I asked if it needed an alignment. I drove it there and know it was right side up. Do NOT take your car there, they are not reputable.

I drove my truck to Firestone about a month ago, JUST to make sure they had the capabilities to replace the tires on my truck. It's my first tire change on my new truck. ( It's a Rivian and weighs over 7,000 lbs )The manager assured me they could but they only had 1 lift that could lift my heavy truck, so I would need to make an appt. So a few weeks later, I made my appointment with the manager. I showed up to my appt, and it took them 45 minutes after my appt time to get my truck in the bay. Firestone had my truck for a couple of more hours, ( After I helped the teenage worker install my pucks correctly before damaging my truck, which would of happened ) and then I got the phone call that they were too worried about scratching my stock, OEM wheels and could not remove my old stock OEM tires nor mount the new tires after all. Obviously I am happy to not have scratched wheels and I'm glad they stopped before scratching my wheels, but this was a serious waste of my time.

I brought my tire in for a repair, for a slow leak I couldn't find and they were able to get it in done within an hour after I made an appointment the night before through the Firestone app. The workers were attentive and thorough. Highly recommend this Firestone.

Went in at 8:34 am. Felt good about a tuneup and change air filter and oil change ?. The joke was on me, the don't do anything but oil change and rotate tires. They said it is rust on the spark plugs ?? I'm looking at the spark plugs and can't see the rust. They did not want to do the work.
