The employees were friendly and helpful, but what I was shopping for, frozen bones and treats for dogs, had a smaller selection than I'm used to and had it not been for the sale they were having they were more expensive than the regular pet stores.

Wonderful place. Went for the dog self wash. Zero negative things to say. Products offered to wash my dog were awesome, better than anything I've used at home or at other self wash or grooming locations. Shopped in store afterwards and found the store very clean and organized. Staff was so helpful and offered me a coupon to save on my purchase. Ample parking was also a plus. I will be back.

Finally stopped in to bathe my little pug, I love this place. They supply everything you need to bathe your pet. Quality shampoo and conditioners, ear wash, towels and blowers. It's very clean, and the staff is very helpful! So glad I finally stopped in!

I usually go to the Mar Vista location and never have issues there. Had an interaction with a girl this morning that wasn't very dog friendly so I cancelled my purchase and left. Was going to buy some dog treats since they didn't have any dog hair lint rollers. Won't be back. I'll look for other options in the area.

This place will make any pet owner feel like a kid in a candy store. They have tons of options for pet toys, nutritional supplements, food, grooming products and everything you can think of. One thing I love is that they offer just as many products for cats as dogs. Owning both dogs and cats myself it's great to see that I can bring home goodies for everyone. Once you feel like you've gone around the whole store and are ready to check out you see the whole line of fridges with even more food options along with their clearance section. There are always good deals on treats and the like to bring home to your pets for an affordable price. The pet shower service they offer is also amazing and a bargain. You can bring your pet with you on a leash and they will give you everything else necessary for $20-30 depending on which shower package you choose. This has been my go to pet store for a month now and I don't see that changing.

We love the self serve dog washes here! Very affordable and it has all the tools you need for grooming! Staff is friendly and helpful, they always have new treat samples for our dogs to try.

Love their dog wash! Didn't even know they were here hidden in dtf. Nice clean wash tubs, ample water pressure and very responsive temperature control. Adjustable water sprayers. You can bring your own shampoo & supplies or use theirs. I like how the ramp rolls out to get your dog up in the bin. It locks in place and has traction tread which is a huge help when you have a large reluctant dog. Then it easily rolls back under the tub so it's not in the way. Lots of towels, optional ear rinse. And professional hair dryers that have an adjustable dial type knob so you can start off low and gradually build up to full blast if your dog is weary of the the noise. Staff is very friendly. Michelle was very knowledgeable and helpful. She recommended some great options for my dog with skin allergies without being too pushy which is always nice. Big selection of dog food and we even got some samples at checkout.

Best costumer services I have received. They ladies were so nice. They usually have everything in stock. The parking is small.
