My husband and I were on a walk and just happened to go inside this store just to look around. The owner was very kind and let us in even though they were just to open. We were surprised to find beautiful pieces that went perfect with our current dishware! We left with margarita glasses, champagne flutes, cups, bowls, large serving dish, and shot glasses! Very good quality and so unique. We will be back for more amazing finds!

Stumbled upon this shop on Saturday. I have lived here for years and have never been in. If its the same for you go in and check it out! The owner is a very kind and grateful man. His presence alone will make me go back. They make furniture with a Mexico flare. He offers trinkets and tiles. All types of goods. We bought a few things. He let us know he will be getting new merchandise soon so we will have to go back and see what treasures he has to offer

I am so glad my sister showed me this wonderful store! So many beautiful handmade pieces of wrought-iron furniture, handpainted ceramic pots and dinnerware, and art. The owner was so kind and helpful, not very often that happens these days. We were so grateful. We will definitely be back to purchase more Mexican decor.

If you LOVE Mexican decor, furniture, glassware, handpainted ceramic pottery, woodwork, metal work etc.; this is the place! The owner was amazing, kind, and so helpful. My sister was looking for her beautiful handmade wrought-iron bar stools to be reupholstered with leather and stitching, this place can do it; and had a barstool just like hers. We bought quite a few wonderful items. Check it out! We will definitely be back for more!

Packed with a variety of art from many regions of Mexico, and varieties of mediums this is an excellent pairing to an excursion to one of the many food, drink, and or entertainment establishments in the Fullerton SOCO DTF area. Inside is a good offering of Dia de la Muerta art, tableware, furniture, wall hangings, and other types. The proprietor, Florencio Blanquel, is highly passionate about his offerings which adds to the experience. It is near one end of the SOCO district near the Fender guitar mosaic.

This unique store has been in Fullerton for as long as i can remember. I read they may be kicked out to open another Bar!!! It's an outrage. We have too many bars already. Please go visit this store soon.

I just didn't think to post here on Yelp years ago. Now owning a business we know how important it is. So my apologies to the nice family running Blanquel. With that said, we've bought two pieces of unique furniture from them. Our first was a beautiful Spanish style console that was in store. The second was a bed frame that was custom. Hand carved and the metal crafted to resemble a picture of an antique bed that no longer could be found. Our bedroom needed a redo after my moms passing in 2011 and I can't tell you how much this piece means coming from such creativity and heart put into it. ( yes, I know it's a quirky bedroom but everything about it makes me happy) Thank you Florencio for making a such a beautiful piece of furniture.

This is an amazing store filled with hand crafted Art from Mexico. The Furniture here is nothing like I've seen. The Owner posses a carpentry skill working with wood Engraving on the Benches, using carving tools that I thought was a lost art? You can't go in without coming out empty handed. I wanted half the store!

The most beautiful art on wood I've ever known! The owner and artist does custom works including bed frames, cabinets, dressers, all types of furniture, and does almost everything else as well A TRUE MASTER ARTIST! Very friendly! Always answers the phone and great communication! He's got tons of work and many love his art worldwide! ONLY THE BEST QUALITY WOOD! His prices are fair, if you're a true art lover you'll know this especially a one of a kind from the living artist. A beautiful experience, I can't wait until the art walks are back. His shop is ALWAYS OPEN!

I love Blanquel's work and talent. He does incredible woodwork. The shop is lovely ranging from furniture to art of many kinds. I happened to buy a shot glass that was made in Guadalajara. Most notably, Blanquel is an honest and kind businessman. I appreciate the time he took to show me around.
