I don't think I've ever been to a Bath & Body Works & didn't like it. The store is super neat, clean and organized. As soon as you walk in, you're welcomed with a smile. An employee will approach you to let you know of any promotions going on or to ask if you need assistance but they are not pushy about it at all. Pretty much all of the employees that I encountered were very pleasant and helpful. I suggest signing up for their rewards program because they're always sending out coupons and free items. This is a great place to shop at if you're looking for bulk items because they pretty much have year round deals going on whether it be lotions, hand soaps or sanitizers. They have a sample of pretty much everything so you can find the perfect scent for you. They even have sinks so you can try out the soaps. They offer gift bags & ribbons to gift items. If you already know what you want and you'd rather order online, you can pick up in store as well. Overall just a great store all around.

Leah provided excellent customer service with her thorough knowledge of the various scents that Bath & Bodyworks offers.I expressed my disappointment in Bath&Bodyworks with their discontinuation of their men's “Freshwater” scent. Leah was then very informative in walking me through the other scents that they carry. (Thankfully they brought back Freshwater as of TODAY!)I’m generally not a candle guy, but she even managed to talk me into buying one of their candles. She also opened my eyes into the world of aromatherapy scents - ended up buying one bottle of the stress relief oil mist, lol.Truly thankful for her presence & helpful spirit! The world could use more Leah’s!

Tiny store. They have a good selection of products, but it seems as if they don't carry everything the store at, lets say, the Brea mall carries. Obviously, it's because of the size of the store, but I feel like the people in charge of design could add more product if they organized strategically. The employees are super helpful, sweet, and polite. I couldn't ask for better attitudes from them. Big props.

No recently BBW has had several issues when ordering online where I have to order by phone and I have to keep ordering over the phone and they lose my rewards and when calling and complaining I get disconnected and I’m on the phone for 15/30 minutes where I’m cut off several times I get it it happens sometimes but this is getting ridiculous being I’m new to shopping with them if it continues I will stop shopping there with all the hassle and it’s sad because I spend an average of $250 to $280 to be going through this hassle my email
