They charged my account $185 out of my debit account. Even though they declined my card. And I paid with a credit card. Not sure how that's possible if no gas was pumped on the card. Seems like this is the way it works. Is that legal?

Very disrespectful and hostile clerk. I went inside to pay for gas and he had the nerve to get angry with me because I interrupted him while he was sweeping the place. Literally told me to pay outside at the pumps next time and basically told me to shut up by refusing to let me talk. This station needs a new clerk as he clearly doesn't want to be there, doesn't want to let people pay for goods or services and prefers to sweep all day like a janitor. I'll be sure to report this incident to ARCO, very annoyed and disappointed with this incident.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Heaven forbid one of your service lights turn on on your dash board the minute you turn on your car after you just pumped over $50 worth of gas and decide to JUST CHECK under your hood TAKING LESS THAN 2minutes just to BE SAFE, BEFORE you PROCEED because the clerk WILL come out of the store to yell at you, rush you away from the pump yelling, " TAKE YOUR BROKE DOWN CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!" WITHOUT giving you a chance to speak because he is steadily yelling the same thing and yelling, "I DONT CARE! LEAVE!"
What if my car didnt want to start!?! What if it was something more serious!?
If I would have had to call TripleA and wait for them to arrive, THEN WHAT!?
