The hubby's Tacoma had a windshield ding from a rock that recently turned into a long crack. I went online and made an appointment with Safelite, because that's what I thought everyone did. I told the hubby how much it was going to be and he said that sounds high, plus they're all the way in Clovis. He said what about Western Mobile Glass?! So we checked with them for the same service. They're conveniently located at Blackstone and Gettysburg. We got an appointment for the next day. The pricing was more than a hundred dollars less than what it was going to be at the other place! We got the new windshield put in the next day. It looks great and everyone there at WMG was super nice, plus we saved a chunk of money!

A big shout out to Terry at Western Mobile Glass! After trying to get a glass claim through my insurance in May they sent me to a shop that WOULD NOT get the windshield for my car, my frustration was high. I called Western Mobile and talked to Terry. Terry worked directly with my claims aduster, had his crew drive to Sacramento to pick up the OEM glass and today they installed it! I was spending too much of my own time trying to get my windshield replaced then Terry took over immediately. Thank you!

My daughter had the unfortunate experience of having two car windows smashed in last night. There was thankfully nothing to steal but she was out of town so it was pretty traumatic. We made one call to Western Mobile and immediately had an appointment to have it fixed within hours. I did have to bring it in but I work from home, so I brought my laptop. The office manager was so welcoming and friendly, she offered me water and kept me updated while I attended Zoom meetings from a comfy couch in their waiting area. The men replacing the glass went above and beyond to clean out the broken glass. They even postponed their lunch break so they could fix the windows and get me on my way. Everyone was friendly and empathetic which I needed today because they reminded me that even though the circumstances were not ideal, there are people who truly care and will go above and beyond to take care of others. My daughter was so relieved to come home from school today and see that her car was as good as new.

Terry is AWESOME!!! He's a Master craftsman and an honest business man. He diagnoses the situation and gives you a fair estimate. I have a 2006 Mitsubishi that is gradually showing it's wear and tear. Passenger side Regulators on windows and moon roof not functioning properly, long story short, Terry handle both situations with professional ease in less time than anticipated. Fresno is fortunate to have such an honest and talented glass and window shop. Search no further if you want the BEST customer service and high quality craftsmanship.
