The pricing here is ridiculous. I needed to get a document scanned. I thought the girl said 9 cents per page. Sure, fine, seems reasonable. She rings me out and it was $97. It was 99 cents per page!!!! Never a million years would I have thought it would cost 99 cents PER PAGE. And then another $5 just to email it. The whole process took literally 2 minutes and it was $97?! She had already sent the email to me before telling me my total and refused to recall the email. The manager took a few bucks off but I still had to pay $78 for something that took them TWO MINUTES from start to finish. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging 99 cents per page for something that takes a fraction of a second and practically zero effort.
Edited to add: I stopped into another UPS store to pick up a package, also in Fresno area. I asked how much they charge for scanning. They charge $5 + 18 cents per page. Completely reasonable. Why is this store charging over 5x more for the same service? If you need to go to a UPS store, I would suggest the one on W Herndon instead of these scam artists.
Edited again to add: Unsurprisingly, the owner has failed to respond to my email after telling me to send an email. So in response to his comment, there are no products involved in scanning a document, nor does it take any experience. It requires very minimal training and hardly any time. Your prices for this service are exorbitant. Do better. I hope everyone reads this review and decides to take their business elsewhere.

Tabby was so very helpful to me. I needed to return a mannequin, and needed help. She helped me use the computer to print the label, and then offered a dolly to help me bring it in. She even offered to help me move the mannequin from my car to the folly. I'm grateful. Thank you for such a generous, helpful person at your store
