Just called to ask if they bought back loose leaf. I didn't get " hello my name is ..... how can I help you? The man said he didn't know and that it depended! Like WTF?!? You're a business tell me straight what you do accept or don't accept in a loose leaf book. Don't waste MY BREATHE BY TELLING ME YOU DONT KNOW AND THAT IT DEPENDS. EXPLAIN IT THEN!!!
