Went to get my hair cut and styled by two different stylists within the span of 3 days. Got my hair cut by Nancy and she did a good job and I left looking fine, but definitely didn’t follow any of the reference photos I gave and I was slightly disappointed, but for the price I can’t be surprised. When I came in to get my hair highlighted by Ashley I was super excited, and came in with five photo references of exactly what I wanted, plus giving a description of how thick I wanted my highlights (at least an inch thick). After being there for SIX HOURS she didn’t do a single thing I wanted. I asked for my hair to be bleached into chunky stripes and for the rest of my hair to remain dark and uncoloured. Instead she gave me a balayage, with paper thin highlights, and coloured the rest of my hair with a light brown colour, completely ignoring BOTH of my specific and fairly simple requests. Was overcharged on top of that. Really disappointed with the quality of the service and the sheer lack of listening that was done by this stylist. Hope they learn from their mistakes and improve but it’s unlikely I’ll ever spend my money at the salon again.

Amazing customer service provided by my hairdresser Nancy (Blackstone) ! Nancy is very attentive with my hair treatment/ hair cut. Makes me feel comfortable every time she works on my hair, she leaves me beyond ecstatic at the results that she gives my hair.

I had my hair done by Natalie at the Blackstone location .She did an amazing job ? ?excellent in color corrections and overall customer service! It's like my was her masterpiece and she created something so beautiful ? I had been wanting my hair and highlights to look a certain way, she was able to do just that. Very honest stylist! Thank you again Natalie ? everyone loved my hair !

The staff is very pleasant and friendly and they know their store. They also have just about every kind of beauty supply there is!The prices are fine. I like that I can get points when I purchase items and they have specials all the time.

I had an appointment for my daughter to get her make up done for prom and an hour and a half before her appointment they canceled. Thanks for making a stressful day more stressful. Never going there again!

I went today and the whole team was super nice! There was a blonde girl with a white coat and she was super nice and helped me through all my options ( I needed wax for my wax pot), I feel like her name started with an L like lesly or something. Super helpful, I felt comfortable in there. And two girls with curly hair helped me out too they are the best! Definitely go here! It probably is fun to work here too idk

I get my hair done by Maddy and she is FANTASTIC. Not only did she call me before hand to ensure we had enough time for my vision on my hair, but she made me feel confident that she was going to do amazing. Which she did! She is professional and personable. Very easy to talk to and is very honest. I love that she was very open with my hair and delivered the results she told me at the beginning. 10/10 recommend Maddy at the Salon!

This is 5-star review is for two EMPLOYEES at this location whose service was exceptional and appreciated on Saturday, December 9, 2023. Big shout-out to Joslynn Moore and Desiree Blados for taking the time to teach this aging woman some eyeshadow and eyebrow tips and tricks. I'll be honest, I don't usually have a good experience at this store. I'm often ignored and have to track people down to help me and when I do they seem bothered. Not this day!!! Joslynn and Desiree went above and beyond. Thank you ladies so very much!

The manager at this location is rude. I went to do a return for store credit due the same gift being bought by another family member. She makes you feel like you did something wrong. Denied store credit and said it can only go back to my cc, which after this experience I was thankful for because I don't have to reshop this unfriendly place.

If you even thinking about walking to the "poor" people side. Which an employee literally said to me. Then they won't help you. Walk to the other side and they will ignore you and just keep talking even if you try to ask a question. However walk in and go to that side they try to sell you 484636 things without even asking you any questions or knowing your skin type. Unless you know what you want don't go here because the help just isn't it.
