I went to the car wash and ended up with a broken passenger mirror. The service was horrible, and none of the supervisors would allow me to speak with a manager or corporate.

I recently left another car wash membership because I moved and joined Surf Thru. It was the same basic format but they had micro fiber towels available for wiping down your vehicle after the wash. Their machine seemed to clean slightly better and the vacuums had a crevice tool in addition to the carpet tool. Also, the staff was more attentive. The thing Surf Thru has that they didn’t was a bathroom available to customers. I’ve been to a couple of different locations and noticed I preferred the Selma location probably deserves 4 stars

Quick service, no lines. I went through twice because there was still dirt on my car. The man working was happy to pressure wash it the second time.

The staff are great. The two main issues now is they changed the three entry lanes such that there is only 1 lane for cashier/non-members. As a non-member the last 3 times I’ve been here I’ve had to sit in a 10 minute line while staring at the other two nearly empty member lanes. If another non member lane is not added I will likely find another place to wash my car. It just takes too long
Issue #2 is it’s not washing well. I got the express wash and it did almost nothing. When I complained the guy was like “no problem, I’ll send you through again and give you the ultimate wash.” After that there was still a ton of dirt, dust, and debris; especially on the glass. The clean streak you see on the sunroof is from my finger. If my finger cleans better than this elaborate carnival of soap and brushes, these guys either need to make serious improvements or change the name to car rinse. It probably didn’t help that the employees wasn’t doing the normal pre wash brushing.

They do what they can at a drive thru car wash. Excellent customer service. They do allow a you to get a re-wash for the spots that it missed.

If I could give less then 1 star I definitely would. The employees obviously hate their job and don’t even try to do it well. I do not have a membership and never will. I was first in line and the cashier went back and forth to the other 2 lanes to help members 4 times (4 cars come and go while I sat and waited) before helping me when I had my cash out and ready. Then when I made it clear how unhappy I was the look the cashier gave me was awful an uncaring. The asked to open the gate so I could just leave and she let 2 other cars in the other lanes go through before letting me out to leave. It was awful and I would NEVER GO HERE AGAIN Or RECOMMEND this place.

Everything was working and clean. There Equipment was upto date and they have different services for your car to be cleaned and there vacuum center has a great suction on it. I like this particular one

I was visiting my brother in Fresno and had some time to burn while he was at the doctor. I hadn't washed my car in several months and it was really dirty. I took my car through Surf Thru and got the Ultimate. My car came out great, including all windows. Also the vacuums are super strong and was able to clean out months of dirt in a few minutes. I loved the air compressor to get the extra water in from the front of my Jeep. I would highly recommend. I wish we had a Surf Thru in my area.

They don't scrub your windshield with a brush anymore. The wash doesn't clean well enough it on its own. When I mentioned it to the attendant, he said go back and re-wash. I don't always have time to wait in line again to wash my car again.

This is the worse place to go! We have had an account with them for years. My husband bought a new truck and after three times of going to the car wash they still cannot seem to get the new truck added to the account. His sticker never works so he ends up waiting for 20 minutes for them to figure it out just to have the same situation happen the next time he goes to get his car washed.
The front desk employees are rude and incapable.

Quick wash to get you back surfing the road! Get at least the Ultimate wash and if it doesn’t get everything off the first go around pull back in line and ask for a rewash. They have vacuums and a compressed air nozzle. Great music to enjoy while you are there. If they are busy and you still need extra time to detail your car please leave the parking spaces and go find a close by parking lot so other can vacuum out there cars.

I just went there a few days ago. The car wash did not even have brushes for the front windshield. I think this was a recent change since it used to be good for your windshield too. The windshield almost looked untouched after going through. Maybe like a rinse only. Recommend getting a brushing system for the windshield.
