“Our group of 8 had a great experience at The Spot. It was many of our group's first time shooting and Austin made sure we were given an awesome experience. The great customer service started before we even got there. We emailed ahead of time to ask about availability and Austin replied that they already had a group coming in at our desired time, but informed us of alternative times and even offered a discount if we decided to book another weekend. We opted to book at the alternative time he had provided. At $25/person for 2 hours, it was an amazing value! He was so helpful in demonstrating and guiding us in a friendly and non judgemental way. He was also great at working with my 7 year old nephew who came with us. We had a lot of fun and would definitely return.”

Now I’m a customer.Their wool socks are the most comfortable socks I’ve ever worn. The boots I got there are comfy and stylish. Their thermal underwear isn’t like anything I’ve ever worn before; lightweight and gold in your body heat.Recently I dropped on and picked up a couple of fleece zip up sweaters on sale for $21.99 and a winter pajama set for $24.95.I liked their socks so much I went back and got some for two of my sons. The other night my dil was over and has hijacked a pair of from my son and told me she loved them.I’ll be back.”

“I will be completely honest here, I didn’t buy anything from the store, but I was there during my 19th birthday, and was given some excellent customer service. As I was looking at some of the air, guns, one of the employees that were there came to my assistance and started asking if I need any help. I responded positively by saying that I wanted to look at some of the air guns, but they had on display to which they gladly obliged. After showing them my ID, they were relatively informative about each of the gun, so I was looking at, and even some of the names as well because they had some really good looking ones too. Afterwords, I ended up getting curious and started asking about the gun laws of California and how old I would have to be to purchase one and that’s where the magic truly began. They had told me about the hunting license and the benefits of owning one and how it would allow me to purchase a rifle and a shotgun so long as it fell under California gun laws.I know it may seem like me rambling on, but the whole point here was that the customer service was great. They did what they needed to do, they help me, and were incredibly patient, even if it felt like I was wasting their time just by looking at all the air guns. Another thing too, was that they were also informative. They helped me and even brought up some options that I didn’t even know about. And here I was thinking, I’d have to wait two more years just to own a shotgun! Anyways, here’s five stars for customer service, keep up the good work!”

“I went to the Kingscanyon Big 5 location and I had a great welcoming experience. All the employees there were friendly and nice however the Employee Sam not only had great customer service too but was very patient and helpful answering all my questions. I was shopping for a punching bag and he showed me the different kinds they had and the benefits to them and also was very calm listening to what exactly I was looking for and even gave his opinion on what he thinks might be best and he was right !!!! He even carried the big box to the cashier, and out to my car and loaded it in my car for me. I even went back to that store a few days later and another worker there (I didn’t get her name) helped me pick out the right size and color boxing gloves I needed).Thanks again and I will definitely be back to this location and refer my family and friends too. I also want to give a shout out to Alan that works at this location too, I feel he plays a big role on how cleaned and organize and respectfully ran this store is, including all the employees. “First time going here was good because the sales associate assist me with a pair of ultraboost I wanted and made it easy. Second visit was lame because the sales associate assisting me this time was rushing and also judge me because of the way I dress. He took 20 minutes to get all the shoes I needed and should had waited for me to list them which would taken only 5 minutes if he stopped and think (He was probably thinking I can only afford one pair of shoes). When I ask for a pair of shoes he said ,”You know this is at full marketprice right?” He rushed with assisting me and I thought he would had been busy with customers after, but he just stood in the middle of the store socializing with another employee. ? Hopefully my next visit won’t be the same as the last one and there will be more shoe designs ☠️ Would had been 1 star, but my first visit was good and I actually get to buy some of the shoes that I was looking for.”
