The guy at the register likes to waste 10 minutes of your time to ask questions to get you signed up with whatever when he's told firmly at the beginning and over charge me for a bottle of shampoo that's worth ten. Pushy salesman is not worry about they're customers they're worried about making that money

my roommate was trying to schedule a grooming appointment for her dog. She first made an appointment online but when she arrived that day they said they DONT EVEN SCHEDULE ON THAT DAY. So than she tried scheduling for another day she has other errands to run so she tried calling the office multiple times and just got an unprofessional conversation and didn't even get transferred to the people in grooming. When we arrived we saw the DAMN RECEPTIONIST COLORING.

Where do I start. They say they have items in stock. Then you order them. Wait three hours then they send you a email saying they're delayed. This is after they charge you. Then you have to either way 24-48 hours to get a call back regarding the order and then 2-3 days to get refunded. All while my animals are in need of certain medications. They certainly don't care about animals. But they do care about a profit margin. Either someone's not doing their job as far as inventory or they're just trying to get into peoples pockets. I won't be doing business with them anymore and if you value your pet you won't either.

GROOMING DEPARTMENT: My pup Oro can be anxious around new people but Jean made him feel comfortable and got him looking so handsome. My husband and I gave him a funky at home haircut, so we mostly wanted him bathed with add ons like nail trimming, ear cleaning, and teeth cleaning. Upon arrival, she asked if we'd like to even him out with a scissor trim for a small fee and suggested we use a certain shampoo instead of the one we chose because she noticed his skin was pinkish and that could be a sign of allergies. To me, this shows her professionalism and passion for her work. She's what every dog parent wants in a groomer. I will come back and recommend her to all my people.

We don't typically shop at pet stores because we get our supplies delivered, but when we're out of something unexpectedly or want to grab some treats, Petco is always there for our convenience. We're always greeted when we walk in, and the shelves are always stocked neatly. Petco also sells a lot of store exclusives that I like to check out (especially during the holidays). The last time I had gone, the lady ringing me up mentioned the have a program where I could be getting discounts on my oet supplies. She went out of her way to explain to me this program and its benefits. The customer service is great and left me with a better experience! The convenience, exclusives, and customer service keep me coming.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was struck by the cleanliness and organization of the store. The aisles were tidy and well-stocked, and the staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. It was clear that they were passionate about animals and dedicated to providing the best possible products and services for their customers. In addition to the quality of the products and the helpfulness of the staff, I was also impressed by the wide variety of products available at Petco. Whether I was looking for food, toys, or supplies for my pets, I was able to find exactly what I needed.

workers kept staring at us like if we were going to steal and woman staff member yelled at my little brother instead of asking nicely to not tap on the glass and gave attitude when asking for help never coming here again worst experience at a store

Ordered food for dog and their app tells u one thing and the store does another and I went to pick it up they refused to give me my order and then told me I had to go another night without my order and when called store they told me it's not their problem that I need the food that I ordered and paid for I have to wait by the manager. I am done using their delivery I will just start getting my stuff elsewhere

I brought my dog for his grooming this morning. The two groomers who attended me were nice. But didn't seem to know how to handle my dog. They got him into the kennel while they were doing my paperwork. Then he escaped. Did she not lock the the kennel? My dog has had a grooming before with Petco so I didn't understand why it was a problem. The groomer Misty was very timid with my dog. They took him in and I left. But as soon as I got into my car I got a phone call. They said that they couldn't work with him. I'm disappointed because the previous groomer at Petco had no problems. I'm just confused.

Quick in and out. Doggie treats! We needed doggie treats! Found what I was looking for and headed to the checkout, which was quick. Friendly cashier. Starting my Christmas shopping, so I need to stop back in soon to pick up a sweater for my doggie for winter and a new toy or two! If your doggie likes to go shopping with you, they are welcome at Petco, too!
