NOT, About to take them to court, they are not BBB, Acredited, the sale u apiece of junk, and rig it up run just until your warranty expires, in 1 month with them then u pay more fixing the car than it is worth, and they demand payments while ur paying a G or more to fix the car, then the the secretary robs me everytime I make a payment,

Honestly, if i could give 0 stars i would. Went and got a car from the dealership and in under a month (with a month warranty) i started having issues with the brakes, the coolant, the roaders, i took it in before the month was done and the dude told me everything was fine still. When i fixed anything it would have another issue less than a week later. Not even something i wanted to spend my hard earned dollars on. Save your time and $$ and go somewhere legit.

Bought a car 3 months ago that won't start.When I called and let the shop know what was going on and if they could have somebody look at it they refused and said its after its 30 day warranty. Jr was very rude about it and was of no help at all. I still have to make payments on a non-drivable vehicle. There guy Jr. Is the biggest crook I know. They take forever to get your tags, registration done and you have to pay them for it. What other scams do they have going on? The same thing happen with my Fiancee car as well which was purchased from Karamba auto sales 3 months ago. It seems to me that this is a trend with their vehicles. Don't buy a car here. It will be broken down in 3 to 4 months tops. Which will cost you thousands of dollars to fix. While they still collect there payments. They do not care about their customers. Rose is the nicest person over there. Other than that go to a real car lot.

I was able to find a good reliable vehicle that was affordable. And I was able to get a vehicle with not so good credit. And they were able to work with me when I had fallen on hard times.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS PLACE OR ITS SISTER SITE SENORA AUTO.. if you do I highly recommend you do you own carfax. they gave me a bogus car history report that said their were no accidents. 2 years later the car doesn't even run. I got a car fax after trading it in at a REAL dealership and it stated that the car has had 4 owners and either the 1st or 2nd owners were in a major accident that resulted in structural damage. I was naive and trusted them when they said the rattling was nothing. they lost multiple payments of mine. luckily I paid with my debit card and had proof I paid them. I really liked Felipe.. he was so kind.. but this whole place is so messed up. they leave customers bank information out or in an unsecured drawer. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I'll be contacting the BBB with all my proof of everything I just stated.

I'd like to state the obvious here most who go here really got rejected from everyone else!! Yes that was me I got rejected,but pemex didn't they got me in a car in 2 days! So if no-one takes a chance on you go here they will!! Some of yaw should inspect more for yourself! Good customer service!
