Brooklyn was incredible and helped my find my color and explained the issue with my previous foundation color which was great. She also helped me find some primer that would help the redness in my skin & showed me how to use bronzer!! She’s an angel 10/10

I had an appointment at 2:00 and wasn't seen until 2:45. Once I explained what I wanted they started and I could already tell it was not what I was asking for. The makeup was not well blended and was way darker than what I ask for. I could tell the MUA was basically doing their makeup routine on me. They finished and I was not pleased at all, I had pictures afterward and basically had to scramble after to make the look better. I was lucky enough to go across the street to Ulta and get the look completely changed. Please save your money and go to another counter or Sephora/Ulta.

I'v been a loyal Mac customer for 12 years. And the last few times I'v been to THIS LOCATION I have been completely ignored. I'v waited patiently for 15 -20 mins and still no service. I can't believe Mac has this type of customer service.
