Very disappointed in how things were handled, book an appointment twice for my battery issue which was under warranty. Took 2 times to missed work because apparently takes 4 hours to return my car all to say battery was fine when I took it elsewhere and was told it was bad. Mind you I called November and you booked me for December just for you guys to say battery is bad but it's no longer in warranty since it was over in November. Why not say that before even checking my car to see better options for me and not waste my time with you guys.

I had the best experience with Espe she is amazing she was very patient with me I totally would buy another car from her. She got me into a 2023 Nissan rogue. I love my car. She got me the right payment I needed. She is the best so go see Espe if your looking for a car

Was trying to get service for my vehicle and they were just so negative about it. Saying you need an appointment.rude didn't even try to see if they could squeeze me in to the schedule. Bad customer service.

Just gotta say I went to four different places to buy a vehicle and I pretty much gave up hope until my wife found something Lithia Nissan had available, I was lucky to have worked with a great team of experts. They had so much patience and made a whole lot of effort to make this happen for me and my family. Special Thanks to Espe, Anthony and Jerry for everything they did! I'll be back soon!

Don't ever buy cars from here. Go to any other dealership. I bought my car here last year. I asked for a very specific car, and negotiated everything, triple checked I was signing for the right car, and then before pen hit paper they swapped the paperwork out on me!!! When they realized I was going to leave, they "made a deal" on a higher trim of what I wanted, but they parked the car under a sap tree!!!! It had sap everywhere and messed up the pain in some spots!!!Don't ever buy a car here unless you like being lied to

SERVICE DEPARTMENTThe service department is not friendly and has very little interest in actually helping their customers. I emailed (on 6/6/23) the General Manger and the Service Department manager and have not received a response.
