I own my own company and I tried to re-order the same order I had a previous year. I figured it would be simple to just place a re-order, but somehow they managed to mess up the entire order 3 separate times. First they ordered and printed all of the wrong t-shirt color, we wanted grey and they printed navy. The invoice they included in the box listed the correct color, so obviously they have no quality control. Then one week later we picked up our order for the second time and our logo was completely the wrong color. I had to bring in a shirt that they had printed the previous year so they could match the colors. Apparently they do not save this information on file and just figured they would go with any color green instead of the one we provided the RGB and CMYK for. Another week later we picked up our order for the 3rd time and they failed to include 39 of my 164 total shirts. The shirts they did include were obviously printed in a rush with a lot of little errors (ink bleeding, crooked logos, etc.). I am currently waiting for them to call me back as they figure out how to count and get me the rest of my t-shirts. I have been offered no discounts or refunds thus far. This "simple" order has taken a ridiculous amount of my time. Needless to say we will never be ordering from here again and I hope this review saves you the time and headache of doing business with them as well.UPDATE: I inspected my order and discovered that they poorly tried to put the correct color over the old wrong color. The fact that this is the way they are running their business is pathetic. I have requested a full refund and informed they to come get the shirts if they want them, if not they will be going in the trash and I will be placing an order with a respectable company.
