2024 Easter went in, picked up large size spiral cut quarter size ham. On Easter Sunday afternoon unwrapped foil to get ready to serve and there was no crust covering of the crispy sweet glaze. Disappointed but the ham was still good. The staff handling the pickup orders behind the counter were very welcoming, organized and friendly.

I havent used your facilities, but I think you should have started running ads a couple weeks ago. Why not consider adding green Ben casserole to your menu. That is often a holiday menu item.
Vegetarian options: This is a vegetarian item.

Always tasty. Can count on it making every meal special. We always use for Christmas celebrations. The sides are delish too! Especially the soup mixes. Yummy!

Service was excellent, very polite, helpful, friendly and fast. Food is DELICIOUS! I ordered a tavern sandwich and the ham is exquisite with tenderness to the bite .. I Loved it ! Prices are VERY reasonable... They definitely have a new regular customer!

The customer service here was prompt and attentive. They're doing a good job. Unfortunately I made the mistake of buying the pre-portion, sliced turkey and ham.... They taste very processed and quite a bit different than you would get from the larger full version.. I was looking for something with less sodium in it ... the money wasn't that important to me. It was more the taste, the disappointment knowing that this was NOT something I'd want not use more than once. Drat! I've enjoyed their larger products in the past.. but any association with potentially delicious meat slices was pure fantasy! -G

I can not say enough about our ham this year also picked up a turkey roast. That ham was the best it had been in years. Picked up a large 10lb and we ate the whole thing. Between the main meal which was great but the sandwiches in the next few days were the best ever. I think I'm going to get me another ham for valentine's day this year oh and maybe my birthday would also be a good choice.

Honey Baked Ham in Fresno, CA, ruined my family's Christmas Day dinner.First of all, they didn't have all of the components that I had ordered when I went to pick it up. They said they had had a problem with a delivery that arrived ruined, so they didn't have the au gratin potatoes I had ordered. Bummer, but stuff happens. They also didn't have the 3 lb oven-baked turkey that I had ordered and PREPAID. They didn't even have people's prepaid orders assembled, which would have prevented giving somebody else my 3 lb turkey breast. Most stores will assemble customers' prepaid orders properly ahead of time.At this point they gave me a choice of taking smoked turkey (my family won't eat it), waiting around for half an hour while they ran some more turkey through the machine, or I could take 3 x 1 lb packages of oven roasted turkey slices. I took the 3 x 1 lb bags of turkey slices. However, the next piece is completely unacceptable! When we went to heat up and eat the turkey slices on Christmas Day, we found that the package that was clearly labeled as oven roasted turkey breast slices was HAM. HAM MISLABELED AS TURKEY! We opened the second package, also labeled as turkey, and it was also HAM! Fortunately, the third package was actually turkey, so at least we had something the family would eat. But mislabeling ham as turkey is unforgivable. While we're at it, the broccoli side, purchased pre-cooked and frozen, was overcooked by the company. And the macaroni and cheese side was soupy and soggy. Yuck.I will definitely not be purchasing ANYTHING from this particular store in the future. And I won't be purchasing the sides from any Honey Baked Ham store.

The internet listed phone number and text number didn't work when trying to contact the store. When I went in to get my gift certificates, the clerk did a good job with the certificates, but didn't seem to care that the listed numbers weren't working. But the gift certificates were well received because many people enjoy their products.

Just opened our honey baked ham to serve for Christmas and there is no honeybaked glaze on the ham! So disappointed! I could have served the same thing for a lot less if I had picked up a ham at the grocery store.

First time ordering the sides and pretty much ruined my meal Unless you feed your family a tablespoon don't go by their serving sizes I got the Mac and cheese, which it was half decent, the cheese potatoes, it was just a few slices of potato with a runny cheese sauce that didn't thicken up, and the worse thing was the baked beans; they were hard, felt like eating raw beans that needed to be cooked for a longer time I really don't understand was it the hype about this place
