I had took my dress here to get it altered because it was too big and too long (dress was bought online from a different shop) The ladies that help me were all nice, although i did have to come in two extra times because the alterations were still too big and because the dress ended up have one big and one small stain in the front that weren’t originally there, thankfully they did end up getting the stains out but my dress ended up being to tight in the chest area in the end (the lady who took measurements was nice but she acted very much in a rush and didn’t take any extra time to get exact measurements) i tried to keep in mind that they seemed busy with orders but it was very stressful on my end given the fact of the dress having been a bridesmaid dress that the wedding was on that very next week. But to end on a good note none of the ladies that helped me were ever rude.

Horrible Experiences: I would love to support this small business but they ruined two of my bridesmaids dresses. And yes, they tried to fix it but they make you feel so stupid as if we don’t know anything about dresses. First they said they would not charge us for the alterations because we bought more than four dresses and they were charging each one of my bridesmaids for alterations. They made alterations we did not ask for like cut my bridesmaid dress who is tall and for the ones that needed alterations we had to fight to get hardly anything done. Extremely unprofessional place!

Went looking for dresses for sweet 16. There dress selection is awesome. There prices are even better. Only thing was it is warm in there but service is great.

This store is amazing. If you’re looking for a dress for prom or formal, this is the place to go. Countless dresses and lots of styles to choose from. The staff was amazing! They’ve created a fun and welcoming vibe in the store, everyone was really friendly and helpful. They also do the alterations!!

We went to several other stores at the Fulton Mall and the women working here were super helpful. They were very busy due to prom coming up but they weren't rude or impatient with customers. We didn't get this same experience at the other dress shops.

They have beautiful dresses BUT the customer service was not it!! I'm sorry but I walked in yesterday (4/23) looking for a bridesmaid dress meanwhile there's like 4-5 employees walking around the store and there was some that were helping young ladies with there prom dress and I had a lady give me 4 options of the dresses that i liked and i was looking for someone to help with the zippers and.........they completely ignored me so i just got tired of trying things on because ITS HOT in there with no A/C so i stood by the register to see if the 3 employees that were standing there could help me order a dress in the color i need.........nope they looked at me and walked away like completely ignored me so i left the dresses and went to David's Bridal sorry not sorry (mind you do not go when it's prom season if you're looking for a wedding/bridesmaids dress)

Love love this store there on top of there stuff!! Great prices and very helpful if your in fresno looking for damas dresses or even a quince dress this I the place to go !!! This place does not charge you to try on a dress there mistaking it from the store across the street sugar !!!
