Great service, kind people Cameron, Dirk and Shanna were all wonderful. They helped me return an item that was tricky to say the least to package. The service was fast and friendly. Will be back for all shipping needs.

I very much understand that it's difficult to find good employees, but this is ridiculous... the ONE printing employee is helping a gal who is putting a personalized not (that the employee is typing in each note. There are about 30 bags...My order is already boxed and paid for??? She can't take 5 minutes to get my order done? She's certainly never been a waitress. Arrrggg.

I drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way to get to this FedEx for my printing needs. They always seem genuinely excited to see me and help me get my stuff printed perfectly. The store is clean and the turnaround time is great.

If I could give this business 100 stars, I would. I went to have concert tickets printed and of course there was a glitch on my part. Jessica and Nayeli were so kind and understanding and they talked me off the ledge when I was beyond frustrated. Passwords and emails were spinning in my head and my brain was on vacation. We eventually managed to get the tickets printed. Ladies, your help was much appreciated. Thanks so much.

Rude and poor customer service. The staff made me feel like I'm imposing. Jessica was the worst, she was rude. However, Robert was very helpful and took the time to unjam the copy machine and assist so I could get my project done.

I recently sent a package to my sister lorie in Canada and I received the package back. The stupid jerks at their revenue service office just told me that I will not get my $49.32 that I spent on the package. The reason is that I sent it ground and the money back guarantee will not apply to it. F u FedEx I will never use your service ever mother fuckers again as long as I live. You can suck it. BEWARE of this scam they are pulling on consumers. I know I won't get screwed by UPS or the postal service. Fuckers

Honestly the best shipping location I've ever been to! Robert was so kind and helpful and honestly was able to provide me with so much helpful information for next time! The price of shipping is a little high but honestly totally worth it because they're always shipping out unlike UPS. Love this place, will definitely be back anytime I have postal needs.

7.21.22 - want to leave another review based on my service yesterday. Robert assisted me and was simply AMAZING! I had to ship some important documents and Robert was so helpful in getting everything set up. Robert also helped me get the best pricing. What I especially appreciate was his patience and professional demeanor. Thank you Robert and FedEx staff! You've all always been so great to work with!!
