I recently went here to get my wedding tux and a tux as well for my brother and they made the whole experience so easy from beginning to start. We were helped my Joziah every time and he was always so helpful when it came to fittings and making sure we had everything picked out correctly. I’d for sure recommend anyone to come here for an easy tux rental and great people.

My fiance and I are getting married this year and we had no idea what we were really looking for, after getting extremely let down by a suit place prior, we decided to try the black tie before heading home when we walked in Bill was so welcoming and gave us great ideas and got us all sorted out. We walked out extremely satisfied! We had a great experience

If you need a suit rental in Fresno, this is the place to be.This is my second time renting from the black tie, Customer service is top notch, pricing is great. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family.Cesar was phenomenal and very knowledgeable about suits, He helped me put together my wedding outfit and it looks and fit amazing.

Update 6/26/22
My wedding was on May 7th 2022.. my husband did not receive the tye he had originally asked for as well as for the best man. They had ordered the paisley print (in red) and received solid red . $200 each suit and I had 6 groomsmen, not including my 3 ring bearers, my dad, husband and brother. (Grooms suit was “no charge”) but I imagine 11 suits for $207 each was a good profit on their end .
My fathers shirt was dirty, not sure if it was used and not washed when we received it.
My nephew (ring bearer) suit was almost 2 sizes too big and he was measured in advanced as well.
Not to mention the other issues the groomsmen had mentioned to me afterwards. My sister had to drive not one once but twice before the wedding back to this place to fix THEIR mistakes. No refund was offered or discount. It disappointed me that I had high expectations of this place and was let down

Had a wedding Sunday. We picked up Tux sat. Well if you're planning a wedding you know the day before is busy so you trust your tux shop. NOT. Not this place. It was a small wedding so it should have been easy 3 of the guys tux's were not good. One was 3 sizes to small one was way to short. When i took tux back and mentioned it all the guy said was well did he try it on. I said the day he got fitted. They're closed Sunday and wedding was on a Sunday .never ever will i use this place or recommend this place. Service and attitude sucked.

We have an upcoming wedding and needed to rent a suit. The staff was very friendly, they gave us many options including shoes and we were in and out in just minutes. The store was clean and there was a great deal of style choices too. Located just off Blackstone Ave. North of Shaw Ave. there's plenty of parking.

To the owner of this place, you need to hire more efficient staff. Fix your A/C. We had a total of 11 suits, of those I had 4. I came in multiple times and could not figure out why we had chosen this place. Long wait times, employees standing around and not providing direction. I would suggest a sign at the entrance letting customers know to sign in. The first time I came in, I did not know I had to sign and waited 15 minutes until another customer told me to. We were "measured" and my son's shirt doubled his size, his pants were also too big. I had to request for spenders and another shirt. My dad's white shirt was missing buttons and was yellow. Never again.
