It’s default you HAVE to go inside to pay (I get it, it IS Fresno?). It’s pouring rain but walk to store, wait in line, pay with card, walk back to pump, wasn’t turned on, again go back inside, wait again (sorry not rude to be cutting or yelling) “turned on” pump, walk back to pump, still not on. ? Again walk back to store, no line, get told the sale was cancelled and I had to pay again??? Car on E so had no choice, paid AGAIN, walk back out and voila, it works. However, get to work and check account and guess what…..2 charges for $50 on my account????

No fountain drink cups at soda fountain, only behind the cashier- and no large fountain cups even then. No slushie lids, and is overall poorly stocked- not the experience I expect from an ampm

I put 60$ in and I got 1/4 tank of gas I went into the store and the manager tell me she can print me a receipt which doesn't do anything for me and told me "what I pump is what I pump " I then went to another gas station which was the same price and for 44$ I got 3/4 of a tank SO either the pump is broken #9 or they are stealing sad part is the manager wouldn't even go outside to look at the pump to see if she could notice any issues

About time. I have been waiting for a gas station with a store on this side of town for a long time. The store has lots of gas pumps and a large convenience store with hot food, cold drinks, and everything else you could want. There also seems to be a space for a restaurant to go in next to the am pm and I hope it's good cause I always seem to be in this area and I hate to wait to get gas and a drink in fresno.

The place is a total hellhole. It's not clean, not even kind of. No bathrooms to be used. My personal favorite was the guy that sprayed gasoline on his squeegee and then proceeded to try to clean my back window with it. I'm from the area. I know things and people happen but you can tell the owners do not give a flying squirrel. I've been here twice (when I'm on my last gallon before hitting the 99) and it's always disgusting. Some pumps don't work. The inside is a mess. They definitely bank on a captive audience rather than a good service. The crazy is especially heavy here. Avoid.

Went there after shopping and was hot as heck of a day we stopped by to by a slushy for my sweet and loving wife but before we went inside we had stopped to look for our covid-19 masks in our bags and the lady teller from inside the store came out and told us we could not hangout outside the store, really seemed uncalled for considering we were only there for 5 minutes and was going to purchase something and really hurt my wifes feeling,so I told her we'd come to by something but now we'll go to the Johnny quick across the way that don't discriminate people just because there hot and sweaty and look a little scruffy from carring bags from shopping for all she thought she saw was a couple of hobos carrying bags of garbage.For shame on this kind of customer treatment.

Okay, this one isn't in the best area. There are bums and I got asked for money...nicely at least. Even so it was still a great experience. They are very much following Coronavirus issues. Only 4 people can go in at a time and face masks are present on workers. Got the best crushed and this store actually had different goodies than the other stores. Chocolate covered Nutter Butters and cinnamon Frosted Flakes. Had to get both. The worker was very nice. Had a pretty face mask on that had butterflies on it. New style in this crazy Coronavirus phase? Anyways! Great service, great snack options and delicious drink with the crushed ice! Recommended! Will post pictures soon!

The customer service is great, the maintenance is very well, prices are decent, but there is a ton of homeless people that stand around asking for money. Some even come up to clean your car without asking, which is why I'm only giving it 4 stars.
