Still waiting on my meds for an infection and pain a day later with no expected time for it to be ready. Went in to check and was told that there was 28 prescriptions ahead of me. Still from last night when i dropped it off at 6pm? Literally its 2 meds that are common. The people are rude and unprofessional and talk and treat customers awful. I will never use Walgreens again, they are worst. Would have stuck to CVS but the medicine was on back order. I still might have gotten it before i see my medicine from Walgreens.

Pharmacy. I think since the Lucky' s chain moved all the pharmacy customers to Walgreens the service has gone down. Called 6 days ago to have a prescription filled. Check in with them they told me they did not have it and that they never recieved a request from me. They said i must have called the general "main" pharmacy line. Not i didnt. I spoke to the pharmacy on decoto.... Or so i thought. The tech said that part of the rx would be ready today. So instead of me picking it up..... I just called another drugstore... ready today

This location is a little bit better than the Fremont Blacow location in terms of feeling a bit newer and cleaner but the staff at the Blacow location were much nicer. The younger clerk here was rather grumpy. She did help me but with a scowl. I'll only come here if necessary. I'd rather go to another location.

Stopped by Walgreens for their photo printing service and what should've been an easy 5-10 min photo pick up, was more like a 20-30 min WTH is going on here.I waited at the photo counter for quite sometime while there was at least 4 employees in the store ( 1 at the register, 2 doing who knows on the floor, and 1 more sitting at the photo counter who couldn't help me apparently.)Usually I would be able to pay for the photos at the photo counter (there's a register there), but the employee told me to get in line at the front register. That's okay with me, but since there was a line I was going to use the restroom first. She blandly told me where they were and I should've known when I opened the door to the back, that it was leading to somewhere I did NOT want to see. To put it very mildly, the bathroom for customers was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. I would have rather used a porta potty at a busy music festival. I honestly don't think it has been cleaned in weeks if not months. Which is crazy, because it looks to be in their break room.Customer service here was also very depressing. No one here smiled and only answered in monotone sentences.Yeah, I'm not coming here again.

Caucasian female pharmacy tech in blue scrubs working on 6/7/23 around 8PM needs to pick a new career. Zero customer service skills. Was explaining to her my issue with their protocol and she had the audacity to ask me why I switched to picking up with them instead of CVS! Did she want me to explain my dad was in need of medication that CVS was out of for his crippling pain caused by his illness?

Do not come here for your Covid or any vaccines. It's pointless to make an appointment. I scheduled my Covid booster shot here for 12:30pm and I arrived at 12:25pm. By 12:52pm, they are still not ready for me. I am trying to come here between my lunch hours. Absolutely would NOT recommend this pharmacy. Worst service ever!

The convenience store is the usual you would find anywhere and pretty standard so if you just need something quick off the freeway on Decoto Rd., then it's the place to go. However as of late, pharmacy has on average a 30 minute to 1 hour wait, it usually wasn't like this for years, but in the last year in 2022 and 2023, the waits are way too long. I'm not sure if the place is just understaffed or what, but service is usually quick so I'm perplexed sometimes at how crowded it is. My family also goes here and got sick of waiting so recommended going to CVS.

In my past experiences at the pharmacy inside this Walgreens, it is typically VERY busy with long lines, out of stock prescriptions, and too few staff in customer service. But, it appears that the employees are always trying their best. Today, I called before going in and spoke to Tin. He was extremely professional and patiently explained the delay issue with my order. He saved me an unnecessary trip and waiting in a presumably long line. Thank you for your positive attitude and excellent service!

They don't even deserve a single star. Pathetic service at the pharmacy. Made me wait in the line for 40 mins and then the guy told me that the medicine was not ready and come back after 30 mins. I went back after four hours at 7:30 pm and then they conveniently told me that the medicine is not available with them or any of the Walgreens and order from RiteAid. Absolutely lied on my face that they said they called on my number and it was not answered which I showed it to them that there was call or voice mail or even a Text message. So my patient has to wait for getting medicine for whole 24 hours because of these inhuman and totally in human people they have hired at the pharmacy. DO NOT USE THIS Pharmacy if you are in Urgent need drive 100 miles but don't trust this place.

Much better than the Walgreens on Mowry; virtually zero wait in the morning, and the longest I've waited was about 10 minutes.

The lines are too long they don't have enough employees and the pharmacy is ridiculous and the employees are rude cause they are stress cause they don't have the support they need. DON'T GO.
