If I could give it less I would. From reading other reviews Walgreens is CLEARLY aware that there is a problem at this location. The pharmacy at this location has limited hours M-F so of course it's generally pretty busy. Yet EVERY TIME I come here without fail it's no less than 20 min wait in line just to pick up a simple prescription. When you are injured or sick you just want to grab your medicine and go. If they can't handle the volume of the drive thru they. Should close it. I'm switching pharmacies after this last 30 min wait trapped in a car

- 1 if I could... unfortunately due to convenient location, we've been going here off&on for past 8yrs. Always understaffed. Staff is clearly frustrated and it presents as sloth-like speed & unprofessional demeanor in person. Same attitude on the phone but include Rudeness - cutting you off, speaking over you, and taking close to 30mins with "Nicki" to place RXs that APP did not process. [FYI, as bad a staffing is, DO NOT USE THEIR APP as it will sit in "processing order" mode for days and nothing else]

Super rude lady at the front , didn't catch her name but she looked Asian and was the manger . She had a whole nasty bad attitude . Not coming here again .

I just moved here from another state. This pharmacy is only open Monday to Friday, until 5:30 PM. Do NOT use this pharmacy if any of your medications are a controlled substance like anxiety medication. They will refuse to fill it except on the exact date you run out and treat you like a drug seeker. This makes planning ahead for vacations very problematic. I had to delay leaving for a trip from Friday until Monday the first time! Second time around, I wanted to get it filled ONE day ahead when I was working from home close to the pharmacy (Wednesday) and they refused. Then the next day when I was working at the office and planned to take an hour and half lunch to get there (I do not work close to the location) they didn't have it ready when I called even though they had a days notice! If I had known the staff were as rude as they were and that they were closed on weekends and closed at 5:30 PM, I would have never had my doctor send my prescriptions here. If you want to see how much they care, check out the misspelled sign they didn't even bother to reprint.

This review is for their pharmacy. Big red flashing light warning: DO NOT USE THEIR pharmacy. I have been a customer over the years, every few years. Today my doctor sent a prescription there at 12:00 pm. I went there at 12:30pm, there was a long line inside, and people were saying there were a long line outside for drive through as well. It was suspposed to close for lunch between 12:30pm and 1pm, and it didn't open at 1pm.. more like 1:30pm At 2:20pm, I was informed they didn't receive it. My phone was out of battery, so I had to leave, charge it and called my doctor's office at 3pm and they called me back at 4pm saying they resent. Still, my prescription still wasn't in when I called to check using automatic system. Finally by 6pm, I called in hoping to talk to a live person. Yes, from 6pm to 9pm until they closed, the line never got through. When I was the last one on the call, I was there for one hour and no one answered. It's very apparent that no one even bothered to pick up the phone at all nor care enough to process the prescriptions sent through the fax. I have learned my lesson and will get doctor's office to fax it to another pharmacy tomorrow.

This the worst Walgreens I've ever been at to pick up Medication. There's a line after a line to pick up meds. Come on get your act together.

Try calling this location and if they answer you should see it as a miracle. I also feel that some of the staff members are quite rude. They are not keen on helping and are very short with their answers. I came here to buy some makeup and self tanning cream and was happy to see that they have what I needed.

All I want is to be able to use the Walgreens app to refill my prescriptions like Walgreens promises. Every time I use the app to refill my prescription, it sits in "order received" and does not move forward to "in progress" to be delivered to my house. This is for my birth control. I NEED to take this on time for my health... obviously. Once again, a corporation over-promises and does not deliver. I called the CA store I go to - and the employee gets pissy with me and says quote, "there's no one who can help." What a joke. Another obvious point - you understaff your stores severely and underpay workers severely, therefore, it is obvious why nothing can be done correctly. I am PAYING you to provide the medication given to me by doctors. But, we all want to do nothing about the insane cost of prescriptions and the corporate greed run completely amuck. All I want is to use my contraception and to take my other life-saving medication in order to go to MY job and live my life. But Walgreens has made this impossible time and time again. I hope the CEO goes bankrupt after whatever is going on - because no one wants vaccines anymore? Boohoo - sell one of your vacation homes and maybe treat customers like people, provide the service YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO, and get ahold of your own greed.

The Walgreens pharmacy on Blacow is the SLOWEST drive thru ever. Do not go. We've been waiting over 30 minutes with only one car ahead of us.

The employees are usually friendly and helpful but trying to pick up a prescription here is the furthest thing from "convenient." The line is always 10 deep and the operating window continues to shrink. On today's visit to pick up monthly meds noticed there is now a nix on saturday. So people working full time are going to be hard pressed to get in to get their drugs before 5:30 Monday through Friday. Not sure what happened, i've been waiting it out for months, but as the service continues to decline, first chance i get to switch, i'm out. There is no benefit of waiting for walgreens to get their staffing issues fixed and it seems inappropriate to have front end cashiers working the pharm register when they are unable to answer ANY questions.

Made a vaccine appointment at 9 am but the pharmacy is open at 10 am. Not sure how this is ever possible but I will never visit this place again.

I was here to pick up pictures. The order was supposed to be ready at 4:36 PM. I reached there at 5 and there was nobody at the counter. Had to wait atleast 20 minutes and someone came to help and was so not polite. So rude. Couldn't find my order as the order was not ready in the first place. And kept asking for details inspite of showing her order number. She later realized the order is still in the system and kept arguing with me until I left and asked me to go to mowry one next time. Super duper rude. Very bad customer service. Poorest experience ever. I wish Walgreens hire some polite people and someone who is willing to help and find solutions instead of arguing.

This review is for the Pharmacy only, Covid is hard and we are told to take precautions and Drive through sounds great, But you would think they would know that and have extra staff, they have less staff and keep getting all new people not well trained, and are doing covid test in the drive through and holding up the line and how clean are they keeping the pull it drawer for our prescription ,!in the last year I would be in line a minimum of 20 to 45 minutes in line, many times having to leave because I didn't have more than 30 minutes to wait in line and I get notice that my prescription is ready and I go in a day later and it's not ready. Now they close at 5:30 during the week witch makes it hard to get their in time and lunch hour not enough time to wait, maybe they need a graveyard shift just to catch up for the next day. Very disappointed there regular staff is gone and corporate is not getting them the help they need, and that they are not taking care of their regular loyal customers.

Would have given a -5* review. We had a covid testing appointment which we needed for our travel. We even got an appointment reminder few hours before the appointment time. But at the time of appointment, the location said their testing center was closed and without any apology was asked to try other Walgreens locations if they could honor our appointment.
