Rude staff, delayed service. I guess its the same story that everyone mentioned. You cant even use rest room as they dont give out door unlock code. Cashier said she will send someone to open but nobody turns up. And they dont care. I ended up waiting for 90 mins in the pharmacy. I could see atleast 5 ppl waiting just like me. Pls avoid this place if you can.

I should have listened to the review ratings. Ordered simple things on line, unable to pick it up so I just let it cancel automatically--not really, got a msg text telling me my order was picked up! I have to call to the store to cancel it, luckily I got the refund at least, not a very pleasant experience.

They run out of TDap vaccine but walgreens still allows us to book an appointment. The staff is horribly rude and non-chalant about the situation. Somebody booking gor a tdap vaccine obviously has an emergency and should be treated with some empathy. Shame on Walgreens and the store here. Horrible!!!!

Edit: i was just on hold for 37mins and when they finally had me up to talk to someone i was hung up on immediately.
Slowest walgreens for perscriptions ever, they take 10-15 per person, and most of it is the person waiting for them to do something in the back. Every. Time. Who knows what they are doing back there? Discovering and producing the medicine right on the spot?

Very disrespectful staff, very very slow. Keeps you waiting in the line forever. Wait > 40 minutes for pharmacy pick up. Meanwhile, saw they just hang up customer service calls without even picking them up.

Has appt for vacation here. Arrived on time and checked in online.
Then wait... Wait... 40min later... Not until you complain again, then they give you the shot.
Why bother asking people to make appointments if you DO NOT plan to honor it.

The service is so slow and inefficient, taking more than a hour to get a flu shot, even though we made an appointment in advance. The clerks are nice though.

Yesterday, I waited for about an hour and 30 minutes in the drive-thru to pick up my prescription. I knocked on the window, but nobody responded. After an hour, there were 15 cars in line, and people started getting angry. Eventually, one of the store employees came to the window and processed my prescription, which only took 3 minutes. They are very disrespectful.

Echoing the same thing as other 300 comments. This pharmacy is pathetically slow. Expect atleast 30 mins for pick up, but prepare for longer delays.
I am not sure if they are under staffed or untrained to run a pharmacy, because I have never had such issues at any other pharmacy.
