Worst USPS by far - every time I’ve come here the staff is rude and they close early! Refused to send my package even though I was there before 5, I insisted and the lady just threw it in the box behind her. I have no tracking so I hope my package even makes it.

Posted lobby hours say 5:30 but they were locked before 5:15. So I guess the lobby actually closes whenever they feel like it

I had a very pleasant experience with this post office. This is a very small post office I've ever been. But their customer service was excellent! There was only one person in front of me in line. I was there for about 10 minutes because I didn't know how to ship the item and I the staff there was kind and patient with me. Tried to give me advice on the best shipping options. I wish I would discover this location a lot earlier! It's only a few miles north of where I live. I used to go to the one in SJ by the Costco, and it's always a long line there...

Like many others, I had the same worse experience with these two Asian ladies. Marie did not even put the barcode correctly on my certified letter and it was a very important mail to delivered on time. When I went back the both ladies were rude and yelled “ go go go to the supervisor” and turned around. I have complaint about them to the post office and waiting for the supervisor or manager to call me. How come these women getting away with this. My mail is lost and didn’t scan due to the barcode she put on the wrong place.

Closed on Saturday!!! I was very disappointed with this, I didn't noticed it until Saturday of course. I should have inquired more before I chose to rent a PO Box assumed all post offices are open on this day

Drop off 2 package here and I don’t think the lady scan it right. It turn out no status and the packages now are missing.

I'm so fortunate those big blue public drop boxes are there. USPS made that possible so I could mail a birthday card even while far from home.

The staff was super helpful in getting me the right boxed (and even boxing and taping the stuff for me) that would lower my cost of shipping. Very thankful for the time she took to do this.
