Worse packaging ever. You end up wasting most of the content which seems like a marketing strategy by the owners to get people to buy more of their products. It’s overpriced and does not deliver on freshness and potency.

Just got a jar of ground cardamom from the grocery store… Big mistake!I’ve been buying the same product from Simply Organic for years but the store stopped carrying their products. So I ordered a jar from Spicely instead.The price was the same but the volume and quality were both much lower. Cardamom is a small black seed. Many seeds are contained in a fibrous husk but the flavor is all in the seeds. Spicely ground up the whole pods husk and all!!! The end result is that half the volume is flavorless fiber with a gritty grainy texture rather than the intense soft order of ground seeds.Either they are trying to cheat their customers or they just don’t know what they’re doing with this product… Bad news either way!

I knew health is wealth thus I decided to give it a try, thank God I did. I got the Lungs disease medicine four working days after placing an order. Good Spices, never had a cross contamination issue, I have bought over $400 in bulk spices from them in the past year for my catering and bakery business. As a celiac with multiple allergies and intolerance a reliable source is a must and spicely has fulfilled that well. Only issue is the customer service and the availability of product. If it is in stock get it even if you will not need it for months. They will run out of stuff for months at a time and not restock.
