Came here for passport photos and notary. The attendant was extremely helpful and made sure that all the documents were in order. The photos also came out pretty well.

Do not go to this place for LiveScan fingerprinting services. Especially if you have poorly visible fingerprints. They're too busy to give you the dedicated attention you need to get a good set of fingerprints. After the BRN rejected my two fingerprints from this vendor, I tried a Security Training LiveScan vendor in Hayward and my fingerprints finally got accepted.

The best customer service in Fremont. Ms. Caroline always welcomes you with a smile and greeting. No matter how many customers are in the store she treats everyone with the best service!! I'm a regular customer but she always treats me like it's my first time in the annex. If you need postal services this is the place to go.

Caroline was a very rude and visiting this store was beyond terrible of an experience. She seems to be the owner, and comes off extremally rude. She gets upset if she has to stand up from her chair. She refuses to sign for packages and demonstrates a lack of customer service. I would not recommend anyone here. Her business ethics as the owner of the store lack tremendously, rather than providing good service she has lost a customer.

Great place for passport photos. Caroline was super nice and very helpful. I came Saturday afternoon and got my passport photo within 15 minutes. Would highly recommend coming here!
