“I called them an hour before closing on a Saturday and asked for a quote for a screen replacement for an iPhone. They gave a fair price for the replacement. Abdul told me he could do the repair in 20 minutes and that he could do it the same night. I drive there and Abdul works on the screen replacement right away. He does quick careful work and is done in less than 15 minutes. Quick and professional service. Highly recommended.”

“I had a really great experience today-- the team didn't even ask for a review but I'm giving one anyway and hope the right people see this and give them props. Big thanks to Morgan who spent 2 hours (!!) patiently working through some complex family plan logistics with me. He was kind and friendly, explained everything well and without pressure/urgency, and had a problem-solving attitude for the entire visit. I left really happy with problems solved and a new phone! I normally stack "visiting a phone store" up there with "go to DMV" as far as errands I don't look forward to....but again, this was such a good experience that I plan on going out of my way and driving from a few towns over to visit again.”

“I went on to eBay to try to find a Galaxy A20 phone for local pickup and found this place through that. Didn't buy it online- decided to just drive out since they said they had about 20 of them. Was pretty stressed as money was low and was needing a reliable new phone immediately. Awesome deal on this at only around $90 and now a number of weeks later, phone still working awesomely- no issues and it's perfect- absolutely like new. “I don't have the need to physically go to a T-Mobile store often since I try to do most things online. Yet, when it's T-Mobile Tuesdays and they have giveaways then this is the place I stop by. This is a corporate store and just recently went through an indoor remodel. I love the look, from the displays, the seating area, the sales counters, it's a vibe. A welcoming, relaxed vibe. I've always have a pleasant experience with all associates when I stop by. They greet you as soon as you walk in, check you in, and are so helpful and nice. I just recently went to purchase a new phone for a gift. I called to see if they had the phone, they said they did, I told them I would be there soon and when I went in to purchase, I wasn't there for more than 5 minutes. Perfect. It's next to Michael's across from Five Below in the Fremont Hub shopping center. There is plenty of parking. Side random note: I enjoy that staff wear T mobile clothing and they all get to choose what they want to wear. It's a uniform that doesn't look like a uniform because it keeps in mind individuality.”

“Really like this clean larger Target location. They have almost everything. Clean store and stocked. The bathroom needs a redo and I know they have the money to get it cleaned up. Management is good and sales associates are okay. Opening more lanes is one of the things I see that isn't happening. Don't wait until the line is around the corner manage better or hire more people.”

“Dalina was EXTRAORDINARY! She made the experience very simple and I greatly appreciate it. Although the store was busy she did a great job with helping multiple customers without me feeling unattended to. While my phone was transferring she would assist other customers, but continually made eye contact with me to see how I was doing and came over when I had questions or the transferring had issues. Need more staff members just like her.In addition when I first came in she was trying to help another lady that was being extremely combative and she handles that interaction in a way that AT&T should be extremely proud of. At the end of the interaction the customer left feeling heard and taken care of. Kudos to Dalina and to The person that decided to have her work in this office in Fremont.”

He is very impressive I wasn't minding my business so I ended up overhearing him talk in another language. If I was single I would ask him to marry me.
