Imaging is too booked to accept you. This is horrendous- zero people waiting and yet I have been waiting well over an hour no communication - no updates. I’ve heard the receptionist and her friends entire life story that they get paid to talk about while
I’m huffing and puffing waiting. Lame

Please do not come here. After my insurance Prove it my MRI on 10th they stil askin for Authoration Approval. I been wiatin for 2 weeks now wow its easy for tham to get the money but hard to get appointment lol ??????

This facility is not walk-in basis. Receptionist is not amicable but strongly request using “their form” to ask Doctor to fill-out and sign back when I provided doctor’s original referral order by his personal hand-writing order. I brought the same order to NorCal Imaging for no issue at all. They need to change their own thinking or process and think much of customer or out of business potentially.

I am a busy mom, so I scheduled my appointment on Saturday morning. I followed the instructions, to drink 32oz of water one hour before the appointment, which I did. When the technician saw me, she said she couldn't see me because my bladder wasn't full, which is fine. I stayed in the lobby and drank water, waiting in case the next appointment didn't show up, After 30 minutes of waiting without seeing another patient, I asked the front desk when the next appointment was to know in order if I should continue waiting or leave, because my bladder was full and bringing me discomfort. The receptionist said she could not tell me, and the technician said that I was putting pressure on her. How could I be left there holding my urine for an indefinite amount of time? Rude and uncooperative staff. I wish I can talk to a manager but this place is for low-income Medicare. I have nothing to do except deal with it. I don't think asking the next appointment time is violating any patient privacy.

UPDATE : As we know, only few people really care about the customer service. Evelyn from Inview imaging called and accomodated the appointment as there was a cancellation. I wish other employees can learn from her on how to provide good customer service. Initial review: Here go one more one star review. Such a pathetic service by inview imaging. I was late only 3 minutes andwas sent back without MRI.I have waited many times even after reaching before time. As it is, getting the MRI appointments are difficult due to pandemic and receptionist at inview imaging who was very rude sent me back saying i was 3 mins late. I tried to explain but NO is the answer. This implicates my surgery that i want to get it done this year. I am going to talk to kaiser and give the strong feedback to them and make the appointment with them. Kaiser have to make some good choices before hiring such third party companies.

Wait time not long. I got my mammogram today the lady who did my mammogram holy she really knew how to make me feel comfortable while taking X-rays. Normally in past it hurts. Professional and smooth ! I was happy with service !! Gentle lady ! She knew what she was doing.

My fiancé and I have been physically threatened and chased out of our home the morning of our original appointment, for the suspects in an ongoing case somehow found out we were helping the police. In order to communicate with the police department and make sure we're safe and stable after all the trauma we've been through, I called their office trying to explain what happened and why we'd like to reschedule. Their employees say no, sorry, no show is no show, we can only schedule you for the latest or the earliest possible times in the future as a punishment. Apparently my fiancé now has some degree of PTSD and isn't willing to leave home after dusk, but the employees at Inview Medical Imaging Fremont location still insist on us either be there very early in the morning or very late at night, if we still want to do our MRI with them.Now we have decided to go with another company at San Jose, we still want to let people on Google know how we were treated when we were trying to be customers at this location. Best of luck selecting a company that could at least try to understand you, when emergencies happen.

A month ago I went and got an MRI done an Castro Valley MRI My doctor recommended me to them but let me tell you I had such a horrible experience they are very rude and because I canceled my appointment for a babysitter issue they blocked me from going and getting my MRI done again so therefore I end up with in view imaging in Fremont and they are absolutely the best very good service they walk you through everything it's funny I had a anxiety attack in Castro Valley but not in Fremont I would give these guys a 10 stars if I could very very nice people unlike Castro Valley were there very rude and mean
