Had a 7 AM service appointment, Service manager Erika didn’t show up to open shop 7:10 to open department. He did not acknowledge any of the four cars waiting to be serviced. I had to walk in and notify him of my 7 AM appointment at 7:20AM. At 7:47AM, while sitting in the customer lounge, I was notified through their Track Your Vehicle App, that they were working on my truck, yet I’m looking at my vehicle and no one has moved my vehicle from the parking lot. After the work was completed on my vehicle, I return home to find below my dash, the technician had unplugged and left the wires hanging below, my dash. I immediately called the service manager Erikh, and asked him about this, he apologized and told me that his service technician forgot to plug those wires back in and assured me everything was all right. I will never take my truck there to be serviced again.

We drove 2 hrs ready to buy a car that they have advertised on their website only for them to tell us they couldn't find it on the lot. They proceeded to try and sell us cars well above our asking price and were generally unhelpful. The staff was welcoming and pleasant though.
Ps They DO NOT have the 2020 red Chevy equinox selling at 14,900 which is still advertised on their personal webpage.

I was very lucky to have been helped by Imran! I came in looking for a truck with a few ideas in mind. Imran immediately had me go on a test drive while answering all the questions I had. When it came down to it, he made the paperwork process simple and quick, walking me thru every step until I drove out in my brand new Colorado ZR2. Thanks again Imran and the Chevy team!

I recently visited this dealership with my family and had a terrible experience with a salesperson. Instead of focusing on our needs and helping us find a suitable car, the salesperson made inappropriate and offensive comments.
He repeatedly stated that we should feel "honored" to be sitting in a particular car and insisted it was "too expensive" for us. His comments were condescending and made us feel uncomfortable.
I believe his behavior was racially charged. We left the dealership feeling humiliated and disappointed. However, I did speak with the manager, who was attentive and listened to my concerns. I appreciate him taking the time to address my experience.
I urge potential customers to be wary of this type of treatment.

Good customer service and I picked a later appointment and felt it was way quicker. Would recommend booking appointment.
