Office was very busy and was initially expected to wait 2-3 hours. Staff was friendly and I was able to see someone in about an hour.

The staff was very rude, unprofessional, and uncaring. I have been to other urgent care facilities, but this has been a worse experience. I went after my daughter, who had a high fever of 103.7 for two days. They told me the doctor would see her in 3.5 hours, and I could return. Then they asked me to wait, and a nurse would see me before I went. They kept us waiting for 1 hr with no nurse to attend to her. On checking again, they didn't tell me where I was in the queue or how long the wait time was. I politely asked them to come back at their specified time, and they rudely told me that they would cancel the appointment if I left and that they wanted me to wait there for another 2.5 to 3 hr. They neither have any compassion or care for a patient. In the end we didn't get any medical care after waiting for a long time

Had to us their urgentcare services.Sliced my finger,not to the point of needing major surgery. A few stiches, cleaning and splint. And on my way with in an hour. Went back to get stiches out. 1 hr. Quick and to the point of service

Bad customer service at front desk. No compassion for elderly of 94. Wait for 3 hours for an x-ray. Do not go there if you could.

Had a Stress Echo. Rascassisted. So impersonal and robotic. You're dealing with people. And its not free. "Take a right." "Put your bag on the bench." "Step on the treadmill and sit down." How about a please and a thank you? You need to be in a different business because you're not suited for healthCARE. She said, "This is how I am. You want someone else?" Yes, I'll go to your competitor.

Absolutely terrible. Had to wait 2 months to get a specialized test just for them to cancel the appointment on me TWICE with no notification. Filing formal complaint with Sutter Patient Relations.

I am giving one star only because I want to write a review. This is the worst place to receive any urgent care. Your better off staying at home and not bothering to call the PAMF FREMONT URGENT CARE. They give a urgent care appointment 3.5 hrs away and still want you to wait in the lobby. I don't understand why bothering giving you an appointment if they want a sick toddler to wait in the lobby. They still will charge at least $200-300 for the visit even after all the high paid insurance we hold. This is by far the worst place with least interested doctors, extremely delayed appointments and worst care.

2 years back I did not have good experience with them . My daughter was having high fever beyond her wait and see period. I called PAMF for an appointment. Since my daughter had covid symptoms, we were asked to sit in the car and someone will bring us the paperwork. It kept delayed and delayed to the point that ultimately we were not seen. My daughter started having temp was greater than 103f. It was unacceptable. We had to rush her to ER. They took our number and said someone will call so we could express our concern but it never happened. Again attempted many times to bring my daughter was myself, but the capacity would just close the moment you arrive . One instances there were only 4 patients waiting but they turned us down. But this time, I attempted to come at eve's day, I called in prior . They told me one spot is left. We started driving asap in rain yet felt like checking in halfway and sure enough the spot was booked. There were only couple urgent care open which I was not comfortable going. So I tired my luck the following day. And we got the spot but the waiting time was over 3 hours. I had been chasing to seen by a good doc so I said it's fine I will wait.When I was called in the nurse who got my vital was fantastic, she listened to my every concern. When Dr. Leslie Chen came in. She was so amazing . Her persona was amazing, her bedside manner was amazing and most important despite being so slam she wanted to listen everything from beginning that I had concern so that she would not miss anything. Dr. Chen was very through, her tests were on point. And she even called me later with the results and the follow up labs i needed to do. She not only consulted on call doc but sent my referral already. I felt I was beyond blessed to be under the care of Dr Chen. Thank you Dr Chen for being an extraordinary doctor and Dear PAMF, can we have more amazing docs like Dr Chen so that we can readily visit when we need to. Despite driving miles just to find out the capacity has been reached at 4pm or even earlier than that despite checking prior to coming.Feels like taking away one -2 star for some of the receptionist. Some of them are so cold, nonchalant and just over smart.

I went to Sutter health Fremont urgent care today for my cough and shortness of breath issues on 12/22/22 and registered before noon. Around 3:25 pm I was called in by Dr. Mahendran's assistant. She brought me to an exam room and give me a paper clothe and asked me to take everything off. (don't know why I need to do that). The room is very cold with no heating. I waited till 4:40 pm (more than one hour and ten min.) and still did not see Dr. Mahendran showing, meanwhile I got so cold and afraid I might have caught a cold. I put my clothes on and walked out the room and asked the nurses outside why the doctor is not showing up. The obviously don't know. I eventually went home-wasted precious time, and may have got cold due to this cold room stay for way over one hour with no clothes!!!What a service!

I got an appointment on Saturday morning for my blood test, and it was awesome. The staff is very helpful, responsive and quick. I had my blood test just in 10 mins and all is set. Thank you!

I called about my 1 year old daughters eye infection. They told me to bring her in and that they closed at 8 pm.I got there at 5:47pm and they told me they were closed. 3 other parents were also told to come in and we're turned away. The front desk lady called security on one of the parents saying that he was a threat. We all saw he was not. One nurse came out and tried to force us to put a face mask on my ONE YEAR OLD. I told her there was no way I was going to put a mask on my ONE year old. She told my husband to go outside with our child that she couldn't be in there; we turned our back and ignored her as she was insane to try to put a mask on a one year old. I looked around was saw 3 adults and 2 children in the waiting room NOT wearing their mask but she wanted my sick one year old child to wait outside at 6:20pm in the cold .How is she a nurse? She does not know the danger of blocking a baby's airways ? Her negligence could had been deadly if she were to convince a parent to put a mask on their baby who's sick and already has mucus blockage.

A 30 minute wait despite having an appointment is not at all what a patient expects when coming in with fasting. Just offer fewer appointments if you’re unable to keep pace with commitments.
