“I could not have imagined a more perfect wedding outfit than what Anu designed.Being queer, I felt frustrated by the lack of Indian wedding outfit options that aligned with my gender expression. Nothing on the internet seemed representative of what I wanted to wear. It was even harder to shop in person as I didn’t know which stores would be homophobic or which stores would welcome me.Finding B Anu Designs was like finding a beacon of light. Anu’s team was welcoming and made me feel safe. She was able to capture the essence of my vision and transform it into something beautiful. I wanted something masculine but extremely feminine at the same time. I wanted something traditional but also modern. I wanted an outfit that I could feel gorgeous in and comfortable. Anu was able to deliver that and much more.In addition to my wedding outfit, Anu designed a series of outfits for me and my wife to wear at my sister’s wedding. We wanted something coordinating in an obvious, but elegant way. Anu was able to deliver just that with our reception outfits.Throughout the process, I do wish there was more communication during the design phase. One of the blouses came back with a design we were not so fond of. We had voiced this concern to Anu and she listened and responded immediately. She was able to quickly rectify the situation and assuage our anxiety. Anu is always open to feedback and looking to improve.Overall, I am very satisfied with B Anu Designs. She is very talented. If you’re queer and none of the outfits seem to be what you want, you can trust Anu to design it for you!”

“Absolutely wonderful experience once I walked and I was greeted and I mentioned my situation in needing a dress for a wedding last minute and two beautiful gowns were picked out. “I found Mani through a friend I must say she is awesome ! I was looking for a special dress for my milestone birthday and i thought I was just going to browse dresses when I visited her boutique store . She let me try a few different styles , listened to what I wanted carefully and quickly designed the lehanga and took my measurements the same day , got it ready really quickly since my birthday was around the corner. She also got the last minute alterations done quickly. I wore the dress and I had my #titli moment !! All thanks to Mani”
“I have always loved shopping at OLD NAVY and was therefore thrilled to find one so close to my new residence in central Fremont. The store is well kept and well managed. Helpful service staff and new self checkout service.Four stars only because I find the garment quality to have gone down as compared to previous years. They seem to not fit so well and the workmanship is shoddy, specially in women shirts and dresses. I hope they can find their groove back.”

“I do most of my shopping online nowadays, but I love the convenience of pickups and returns at Nordstrom Rack now that they honor merchandise from Nordstrom stores as well. This was especially true during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale 2023. I placed my order on Wednesday evening, and my items were ready for pickup on Friday. After trying everything on at home, I then did my returns on Saturday. The pickup and return process was very quick and organized. There's a special line for order pickup, and they put everything in a cart for you and even offered to roll it out to the car for you. Nordstrom has a reputation of good customer service, and I'd say that extends to this Nordstrom Rack too.”
