First day first experience. A big No.
Not as expected and as it should be.
Did not vacuum only used the blower matting were wet I had to ask them to clean this and that.
It's a $55 unlimited plan for a month but who has the time to go every day and more over if you want your car to be clean this is not the way I clean.
Don't forget they're doing business they are there to make money not to clean your car.
I actually forgot that.

I’m their customer from 2018. From last 5-6 work washes ( since last year), you get best service depends on the person and their mood. Sometimes they’re least bothered to wipe the wet on the car. I had bad experience today, the dirt and stain mark under the front hood remains as is before car wash. They leave wet marks on my leather seats and I have to ask them to put back the foot papers every time (that’s included in the car wash purchased). They raise the pricing as well with poor service now. I should look for a better car wash place now. Hope this helps.

Would leave 0 stars but not an option.
Scratched the hood and roof of my SUV. Claimed it was because of my dwindling clear coat and it is my problem. No offer to wax or try and remedy. As well left multiple black streaks and marks on the leather upholstery. They are messy, sloppy and damaged my paint.

I got a full detail with my car wash, and for the most part was pleased. Only thing is that I noticed that there was a lot of small black pieces around my car and ceiling from where they use the air blaster. Final wipe to get all of that and I would’ve been perfectly happy.

I had a detailed service in/on my car, seats, all leather inside, all handles. wax on the paint outside, and they did a good job.
(Except the carpet because it was clean)

Depends on the mood and the worker, you may get good service, you may get bad service, or you may even be denied service if they feel it’s “too dirty”. Otherwise, I’d say they’re better than other places.

They always do an excellent job! Best to go during weekday hrs because the queue can get really long on the weekends and can take up to 45+ minutes. If during the weekday, it takes less than 1/2 hr, including waiting in line.

Please don't waste your money and time with them. They broke my phone holder, left my dashboard dusty, and didn't clean the floor mat at all. I'm totally dissatisfied with their service.
