Been calling to make an appointment for a week straight. The reception picks up and then transfers you. You’re on hold for who knows how long. They never pick up. I don’t get how they have clients when you can’t even schedule an appointment with them.

I called 7 times and no one answered the phone. Some calls went to voice-mail but the voice mail was full. This is a medical facility refered by Optum. Why is a large company like Opum, contracting with facilities that provide such deplorable customers service? This is a deservice to patients and the medical community.
