I am a regular at this station. I fuel every week spend around $75-$85 and purchase power ball tickets. Today the clerk at 6:50pm was SO rude to me. I asked for a price of M&M’s and he rang them up. When I placed them back he screamed at me & said “aren’t you going to buy them?” I replied I asked you for the price & didn’t commit to buying them. He was irritated with me & said he had to cancel the transaction. I told him the price of cup of noodles & he said “don’t tell me the price I have to ring it up anyways” I will NEVER go back to this station. Apparently he lacks customer service. He is lucky I didn’t match his bitter energy. No wonder people opt to pay at the pump. My business will be directed at another shell station going forward!!!

1/3 of the pumps are out of service, and cards won’t work at the ones that are in service. Business owner - please fix your pumps. This same complaint goes back a long way from other people.

The rudest, most unhelpful Non English speaking man refuse to get propane when the weather doesn't suit him. He will not come out for 5 or 10 minutes. Only reason I come here is it's the cheapest propane in town otherwise I wouldn't come this way ever. I just discovered he left the door open to the propane and left it on shut off. He is just evil. Whoever owns or manages this station should fire this monster.

I hope an inspector comes by. They are literally breaking the law. Not providing air, for free. Not a huge deal but literally illegal so I hope someone holds them accountable for that. Definitely won't be coming back.

I only came here because my Ralph's number is supposed to save me on the price. Most pumps are not working and I wasn't given the opportunity to enter my Ralph's number. This station sucks

This was pretty bad. I went to get gas here with a friend and the credit card wasn't working on 3 of the pumps and it was not specified it wasn't. So just drove up to one pump after the other to find out. On top of that, when my friend went to get a quick car wash, the credit card wasn't working on there as well.

I won 25k on a scratcher here. I was going to reward and gift the employees there a few hundred each but I changed my mind because of an old grumpy pendejo there. It's the old Hispanic male that fills the propane there. He's a straight rude A-hole. I live in Fountain Valley and I use to pump gas and fill my propane gas here but no longer now.

Disappointing. Came to fill up air for my tires, the end connection on the hose was broken and all that did was release even more air from my tires. I went in to let the clerk know about it ( I didn't want a refund), and after waiting a few minutes to be noticed after I walked in, she didn't really care nor was she apologetic at all. Safe to say I'm never coming back here.

First pump was broken. Tried again at the second pump and my first card was declined. Tried my second card and it got declined as well only to find out inside that they don’t accept tap to pay even though there is a flashing tap reader. I had to go inside because I purchased a car wash but didn’t get a receipt. I go to the car wash and signs are all broken and faded and the screen is impossible to read and there’s tape all over it. This place isn’t taken care of.

Gas is constantly more expensive than others at this station. Also, if you go in to buy something from inside, expect to pay double if not more. Went in to buy muscle milk which is normally 4$ at the gas station near me (my gas station ran out) they were 10$ at this gas station! As I started looking around at other items they were all double or more what I see at any 7 eleven or other gas station. The staff here are also terrible. Asked the cashier for a receipt and he just walked away because he had his headphones in and wasn't listening.
