Phone calls go directly to the tire shop. They'll direct you to go online (even though you're already online and the online 'add to cart' option is not working); so yeah, they'll speak over you and then hang up on you while you're talking.

What is the purpose of having this # 714-965-0410 when no one even answers it.Tried calling 10-15-23 at around 2:30 pm, i pressed zero to speak with someone and the phone just keeps rining for all of 4 minutes and then it stopped ringing although the line is still connected since my phone's timer is still going.I can understand people get busy but where is your customer service here? You need to check your phone lines for a big business such as yours. I was so disappointed. Sams Club is going down the bottom of the barrel.

Everything in large quantities! Yes I wanted baby carrots, not thinking about this being Sam's and the price was similar to what I get at the local chain supermarket. I fell over laughing when a giant bag of baby carrots showed up in my delivery order for just a few bucks! I had work snacks for day!I also orderedSkinny popcorn- and got an entire box full of portion control sized bags. Aluminum foil pans- yes, enough to cater a party every weekend- I am not complaining, just smiling at the savings!

I became a new member two months ago and visited a total of 3x times counting today. After I signed up for membership online, my 1st visit was to get a physical card, which was the first thing I did when I came to the membership services counter, gave my ID and had my picture taken. I spoke to a rep named Toni who blatantly and adamantly told me 10x or more times repeatedly that Sam's club is going away with physical membership card and that I must download the application in my phone to use it, that the store does not give out physical card anymore.I downloaded the Sam's app like she instructed and was able to use it to buy food at the food court on my 1st and 2nd visits to the store. However, it bothered me why I could not get a physical card because the online instruction was to get a physical card after signing up if I wanted one.My 3rd visit here, when I tried to buy other items beside food at the food court and checked out with a cashier, I was told to go get a physical card and the cashier refused to check me out using my online digital membership card.Frustrated, I had to come back to the membership services counter to ask for a physical card. Again, I had the pleasure to speak with Toni, the same rep I spoke to on my 1st visit. She repeated herself the same robotic slogan telling me to use the app. I asked to speak to a manager and stood there for a while before one showed up which was a male named Eric. The whole entire time, Toni repeated herself with her lectures again and again another 20x times or so in her monologue that Sam is going away to digital and that that they do not give out physical card anymore. When I insisted to get a card, finally Eric said to Toni to give me one.Toni again in her monologue repeated that same phrase a few more times. I finally told her to stop saying that and just give me the card. Eric the manager looked angry then that I talked back at her apparently the only one who can talk down to customers were them. Apparently they could talk down and lectured me but I could not respond in the same manner since they were gods. They didn't like that I insisted on the card and kept nagging about it and wasting my time. She then said she wanted my DL/ID with the BS about policies which I already showed her my app before and she scanned it. I gave her the ID and she continued on to say policies required to her to do that. I told her, "didn't you scan in my DL and took my picture last time I saw you? You couldn't see that on my account?" She then again said yes but she is required to ask for ID every time. Then Toni, still not giving me the card or my ID back yet, lectured on that I could only use either the physical card OR the app on my phone, that I must delete the app on my phone in order to use the card, that all my purchase history on my app would be erased, that I wouldn't be able to use the app at all, that if I lose the card, I will have to come back to get another one since I won't be able to use the app, and if I still wanted the card after that? Some more BS came out from her which I told her I didn't think so. Again, hate to repeat this but she said this like 10x times. It appeared that she even tried to delete the app from my phone when she said this. Seriously, this B has some guts with her BS. So I finally got my card and their names. I am sharing this to all to know and also contacted online customer service support about their BS policies.By the way, I was able to use the app on my phone after I got the physical card, yeah, I figured the system should sync but they love telling customers BS & lies and think customers are idiots to believe their BS.

This membership is very affordable. There aren't too many locations, but the products & prices are just as great as that other wholesale warehouse club. I love the samples that they have stationed around. I got to taste the mango salsa with chips before buying. There's also some white kiosks scattered all around that release different individually packaged samples after swiping your card. The app is the best to use at home and while shopping in store. You can actually scan every item with the Scan & Go feature, pay in the app and skip the line at the register. You can also order ahead and pick up at the designated parking spots where the staff will bring your items to you. The gas prices are also great and is the main reason why I became a member. Thankfully there's not usually a long line at the pumps here.

We go to Sam's Club for certain things that we cannot get at Costco. While Sam's is a little smaller, it does offer great choices for things you do not find at other places.Always come for the pineapple and peaches in jars and the Granola. Those are our favorites and we can never get enough of them.Try it out, it is worth the trip

It's awesome experienced! All the staff was very accomodating specially the Pharmacist Manager named Tommy he is very well knowledgeable. You will feel the safety of your self as he explains according to compliance. It's hard to find this kind of brilliant staff. He deserved more than 5 Star. Thank You so much Sam's Club to have this Tommy as your Pharmacist Manager. Two Thumb's Up!

I had a terrible experience at Sam's Club today (my first time as a member). The person at the entrance door was extremely rude to me when I told her that I had a membership card on my phone. She told me that I needed to go to the membership desk, which was already a frustrating start to my shopping trip. When I went to the membership desk, they informed me that the membership part of my phone worked just fine, which made me wonder why the person at the door couldn't just scan my phone in the first place. To make matters worse, I had just signed up for a membership today and already regret my decision. The way the employees treated me made me feel completely unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service at this Sam's Club location. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I bought a car battery there years ago. It went bad and had a three year warranty. But I didn't have a receipt. The guy said to let him test it for free . He called hours later and verified it was bad. I told him I didn't have a receipt. He sent me over to customer services , where I explained that I had had a business account and my wife put the account in her name when we renewed. She couldn't find it on my wife's two year old account. Than she asked for my phone number and found my account that had been canceled over two years ago and the battery purchase. She printed out a duplicate receipt and sent me back to the battery guy who happily gave me a brand new battery , a savings of around $140.00 bucks with tax. I did have to pay a State fee of $2.80 for the old battery. They really went the extra mile to give me something for free. GREAT SERVICE! And I told them right up front that I had bought it at the Long Beach Sam's club. Not even their store!

-- Do Not ever use the Optical Service at this Sam's Club -- Their optical employees are RUDE and have NO MANNERS at all. -- The guy who claimed to be the "Optical Manager" is also horribly RUDE and like a SCUMBAG. -- Sams Club Corporate really needs to reconsider all of your employees, either teach them customer services and work ethics or send them back to kindergarten to learn proper manners. -- Not even worth one star rating.

Waiting in the self checkout and not all self checkout registers were open; what caused an employee to open more checkout registers was the insanely long lines forming. These are self checkout lines! Why wait? Their refund policy is also not streamlined; ordered a sundae for my son and friends only to be informed AFTER I was charged that brownies were not available and if I wanted a refund, I needed to flag down a different employee in a green shirt. People here clearly are not good at their job
