Shout out to the female Sam's Club gas station attendant who helped me this morning when the screen at the pump I was at froze. She was so friendly to me and to the other customers. When I had finished filling up my tank, she warmly waved goodbye to me. :) Thank you for making my morning brighter!

I went to my local Sam's club this was my third time trying out curbside, I tried asking for help to check in I believe her name was Guadalupe and she just flat out ignored me, and also said she can't help me unless I check in. But I left my phone at home and she wasn't listening to a word I said, she is the most rudest and disrespectful associate I ever dealt with. But this guy came out his name was phil he was so nice and polite and very helpful he grabbed my order for me and I also got a little goodie bag! If I could change change my 1star to a 5 for him I would but he made my experience a whole lot better! Good job phil keep up the extraordinary member service!!!! You rock!!!

Went to ask about a membership and staff were rude and dismissive. My first time here and wanted to look around before purchasing a membership and one lady said yes the other said no and loudly made me leave the store. Shame on her. Unnecessary.

Horrible customer service. I have not been to sam's club in 5 years and today I remembered why. I had a couple of questions about starting a membership and asked about a day pass, she rudely declined and said keep up to date that has not been around for many years. Prior to this I had explained to her that my Costco membership was expiring and I was actually interested in switch to Sams since it's much closer to my home. I stepped aside after she told me the options to speak with my husband and when I looked up she was waving me out demanding that I needed to leave immediately. I was very confused until I realized it was because we were Hispanic, my daughter said why aren't you kicking out the white people out who were also standing behind and she just yelled you need to leave. I can officially say she was harassing me just because I was Hispanic. I was truly planning to get a membership but if that is how ima be helped every time I go get groceries I'm better off shopping at a competitors store. She was an old white woman in her 70's, with a raspy voice and very short hair. I will be reporting this to customer service also.

All these photos truly represent how poorly managed this store is. I would much rather drive all the way to Fullerton than stay and shop here in an unsafe filthy store. The store manager Kris is extremely rude and when I brought up these photos she acted as if nothing was wrong with them! Don't understand how such a big corporation like Walmart can't afford to properly train or hire competent people to run their store. It's a shame what this store has become in the last 4 years. Absolutely disgusting in this store!!!

I will NEVER purchase anything from this store again! You expect a online delivery to get processed and delivered ON TIME You cant even reach this store in customer service. The phone rings and rings then disconnects

Not very EBT friendly. Accepts EBT but does not cover CRV like every other places that I can imagine... What's the point of paying with ebt??? Items that I bought so far with EBT that doesn't cover crv: Sams club brand water bottle packs Yakult/yogurt bottles I haven't bought soda or juices but I am pretty sure EBT doesn't cover crv on those as well. Also I would NOT buy the chicken legs here. Reeked when we opened it!

Starting to believe in order to work at Sam's club you have to have the personality of a f***in Potato and the customer service skills of a brick wall ! The people that work here are Rude ! Who the F is hiring these people ! I've been coming to Sam's club since I was a kid and now pay my own membership as an adult and every got damn time I come here I have a horrible experience with the employees.

1 star for their customer service. I had the displeasure of being helped (more like being judged and scolded at) by an older lady with blonde hair and low raspy voice at the service counter. My membership card which I had just opened less than an hour earlier did not scan at the register, so I needed help. And she constantly accused me of trying to sign up for a discounted deal I wasn't qualified for. Her tone was very demeaning. What she failed to acknowledge was, even though I tried to show her, the promotion wasn't applied and I was charged full price for the membership that did not work. And I was not the only customer she mistreated. I witnessed at least 2 other customers she was being rude to. Made me wonder why Sam's placed such an unprofessional employee at the front and center of their store. Where customers go when they need help. Not to be judged and yelled at. My niece was with me throughout the entire ordeal and in the end she said to me "let's just go to Costco next time" She is only 6 years old. Think about that for a second. Maybe it's my fault to expect good service from Walmart's sister company.

Been a Sam's Club member all my life, but I am canceling my membership after a poor customer service experience at this location. I purchased some chicken the other day and saw it was expired when I purchased it. I took it back to the store and they rejected my refund because "they do not return expired food." This is despite the 100% Members Mark satisfaction guarantee policy. Ridiculous because any grocery store or Costco would give you a refund if they sold you expired food. Luckily, I contacted Sam's Club Corporate and they gave me a refund. They told me all Member's Mark products have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, regardless of whether the food was expired. The employee, a woman at the return counter, yelled at another couple because they were trying to return an item from a year ago. No one at the store will help you and the employees aren't trying to be super helpful. This has never been an issue at Costco, so I am just going to make my purchases there going forward. There are some really cool products at Sam's, but I would be careful about buying something if you're unsure of the quality.

I got a Sam's club membership because they're a promo going on where you get $45 off your first purchase after buying a new membership for $45. So basically it's a free membership. I was looking for gaming chairs for my son's birthday and friends recommended I try Sam's club. We ended up ordering his chair elsewhere, but I had some things I wanted to get anyway. I have had a Costco membership since my *cough teens*, and wanted to see how Sam's club measures up compared to my love since youth. Sam's club has the same price point I'm guessing, but the selection isn't nearly as varied as Costco. Where Costco is easy for me to fill up a cart full of stuff I didn't realize I "needed," I walked out of Sam's club with the same 4 things I came in for. The setup here is about the same as Costco, only their gas line isn't as efficient because there's no extra lane space on the right side for cars to go if the car in front of you at the 2 car gas pump is done first. I finished after the car in front of me and a fat line at 5:50pm on a Sunday had to wait for me to finish. That's an inefficient use of time so if you're in a hurry, you're screwed. They could get more cars in if they allowed space for another lane so cars can get by to use the unoccupied pump. Costco still rules. Mic drop.

I like having a choice where I shop, however the people who work there don't care about their customers. They're never willing to help. They're also so slow at the return counter. I've never been able to return anything without a long delay for no good reason even when you have your card and your receipt with you
