even with an appointment expect to wait 3 hours. poor customer service . these ppl don't have any compassion don't understand that you are fasting and diabetic.

Terrible office Fountain Valley Warner/Euclid. My phlebotomist was terrible. He did not use a 2 process identification. He did not wash hands between patient handling and blood draws did not follow proper hand hygiene He would not wash his hands between touching other patients urine samples, he was using the keyboard, touching door knobs, shaking hands with people in between trying to work with me, and when I asked him to wash his hands, he got indignant. The office was in disarray, and there were client files and papers all over. Find another Quest! I did complain and received a call but that was not suffice

I was in and out in 5 minutes. I was seen by hong very nice and friendly, explained everything in detail on what he was going to be doing it before performing the blood draw and other test. Will definitely becoming back her when I need more test done. Thak you

SO BAD! we checked in and sat forever while they ignored us and helped everyone else who had later appointments. an HOUR later they finally greeted us and asked if our name was on the screen. it wasn’t & we had an appointment which we checked in for so now we re-check… but they still continued to take other patients before us even though they knew it was a computer glitch.Quest: YOU NEED A PERSON at the front desk of a medical facility.my son fasted 12 hours and then has to sit for another hour starving with zero communication. The waiting room is dystopian and very sad. The DMV has head and shoulders over you

These people are the worst. I had an appointment scheduled for 7:30AM and I had completed all of my information when I scheduled the appointment so I didn't have to deal with entering the insurance information there. I forgot my physical insurance card but I had all of my paper work, driver license and had prefilled my insurance information but they said they couldn't take me. So I went back home to get the insurance card which is only 5 minutes away from the Warmer Fountain Valley location. When I got back they refused to take me and made me wait as a stand by. So I waited but it was almost 9:00AM and they still wouldn't call my name so I had to leave because by this time I was super late to work. This location is definitely the worst Quest location I have ever been to. So disappointing.

Don't waste your time walking in. I was there at 7am and I was told by a somewhat rude and indifferent staff the wait was 4 hours. There was only a handful of people in the waiting room. My other lab you walk in walk out in half an hour no trouble at all. They obviously don't care about patients with urgent needs.

This is the best quest I have been to, Elise was nice and friendly and made the whole process go by fast and easy, clean facility and would recommend anyone else to come here!

the taller asian lady working today was rude asf had no manners and was aggressive i waited here two hours , still didn't get in went upstairs to labcorp and was. done in 10 minutes the check in system being only through the tablet was so inefficient and not easily accessible for everyone

I had such a great time coming in today. Hong is super funny! I felt like I've known him forever, although we just met. I asked him to give me his name so next time I come I can request him that's how great he is!

This place is terrible. No one seems to work here. You self checked in and the process is really confusing. I wish I didn't have to come here. What a waste of time.

Elise, the technician that helped me today was warm, professional, and efficient. Sometimes I get nauseous when having blood drawn, but she did a great job of putting me at ease, and the whole experience was painless and pleasant. I think a lot of the recent negative reviews come from the fact that people are still getting used to the new appointment system. It can be done online or over the phone, and in multiple languages. Physicians should inform patients that it’s easy to schedule an appointment, and that if you do schedule an appointment, you will likely be in and out within half an hour. This is my second time at this location this year, and both times were extremely were pleasant and efficient, even when the waiting room was busy. I also really appreciate that most of the staff is wearing masks. I wish other patients took their health and the health of others as seriously as the staff does.

Made an appointment that same day. The doctor was really good to me. I’m dramatic when it comes to getting blood work done, but he was very kind and talked with me during the procedure. He was clearly experienced and got everything done so fast.

Absolutely no one works in the front, you're just left to check in and ASSUME THEY HAVE THE TEST YOU NEED. I've been to 4 DIFFERENT QUESTs and NO ONE has the test I need. They all tell me to go to a specific location and I arrive there, I'm FORCED to make an appointment and when they call someone back I interrupt them to ask if they have the test I need to which they all replied NO! What the hell??? Not even their annoying phone number can help because it'll all automated. Not even their website can tell me if they offer it. Absolutely do not recommend.

Although hectic and busy, I’ve always had a smooth experience getting my blood drawn.
