I can't say enough good things about Yousteel Gym! This place is simply fantastic. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed and motivated. The trainers are top-notch, and their expertise truly shines in every session. They have a wide range of classes to suit all levels, and the atmosphere is positive and encouraging.I've made new friends here, and we push each other to be our best.I highly recommend Yousteel Gym to anyone looking for a great workout and a supportive fitness family. It's a 5-star experience all the way!

The owner has changed to Sergei. He is a great coach! The classes are fun and challenging. Sergei is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his clients. He makes sure you have the correct form and pushes you to do your best. I would definitely recommend this gym.

Now under new ownership! Head coach, Sergei, and his wife Viktoria (gym manager and coach) are bringing life back in this gym. The facility is well-equipped with everything you need for functional training. Coach Serg has a vast knowledge in training & fitness, and is an excellent coach for anyone, regardless of fitness level. He thoroughly demonstrates movements at the beginning of the class and makes sure it's understood, and keeps a close eye on each person correcting form and technique, especially on compound movements. During WODS, he is always encouraging and cheering us on which surely helps us push through the challenge. Very highly recommended whether you're just starting, want to maintain your fitness, or keep improving!

Great community CrossFit gym. Jeremy the head coach is very welcoming. If you have never worked out before he will tailor the daily work out to meet your needs, so you could work on your weaknesses. He's always understanding about pricing and budget and if you can't pay then.he will let you pay within the week.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and love it. This isn’t the type of place that provides aromatherapy towels, but it is the type that will get you strong if you put in the work. Friends and family have noticed a difference in how i look, but more importantly, I’m physically and mentally stronger. Im doing things I NEVER thought i would do. Coach Jeremy and the community as a whole provides the accountability that’s helped me stay consistent and continue to improve. There are squat racks, barbells & weights, dumbbells, box jump boxes, pull up bars, bikes and rowers. Basically everything you need and nothing you don’t!

Coach Jeremy is the best! He has a cardio WOD in addition to the regular WOD every day. Very personal in evaluating and helping with your fitness regiment and goals!!
