The worst branch manager ever. Came because we were summoned by mail regarding an issue with our account. This is the second issue we have had with this office due to their sloppy data entry skills. I can forgive that. Everyone makes errors. But when I asked the guy who was sent to assist us if this was it, no more issues, he became outright hostile towards me for even asking such a thing. I reminded him that I am the customer asking a simple direct question. He became very angry at that statement and loudly and clearly condescendingly told me everything was fine because he says so. I said that is what we were told before. How dare he raise his voice at me in such a rude manner! No manager has ever tried to treat me like I was his underling when I pay his salary! Note to HR/upper management: this guy is a hothead who will get the bank in trouble at some point, either through an HR event waiting to happen, or from an exodus of angry customers who have choices. You don’t treat your clients like dirt. Send him to mandatory training sessions and remind him who pays for his lifestyle!

Good location and easy to find. No issues with drive through and ATM access.

Had to make a deposit and they had a drive up ATM (most do not). Was able to (fairly quickly) conduct my transaction before cars started piling up behind me (only one lane). I did not see an outside ATM to walk up to.

By the looks of the few reviews this branch has, poor customer service is common with some of their staff. Thought about calling in to complain about Kevin Mounts (business relationship manager) but seeing how other people had things to say about the service as well as the branch manager failing to resolve issues, I’m not confident my concerns would go anymore. When I tried to apply for a business credit card in person, Kevin completes the application as I’m sitting with him but I realize he never asked which specific card I wanted. He only assumed I wanted the card he set me up for because I mentioned the sign up bonus that I was going for. When I told him what card I had wanted he told me that that specific card doesn’t have that bonus anymore. I had to show him proof that the desired card did have the bonus. Not only as an employee but as a manager.. shouldn’t you know the products you carry?? He tells me he would look into switching it to the card I wanted and get it taken care of by the end of the day. About a week or so later, with no word from him, I see that I got approved for a business card BUT for the incorrect card that he initially my set me up with. Really?? I spoke to someone other than him about the issue and was told Kevin would work on it. Ok.. so another week or so goes by and I call in and check on the status of everything and was told he went on a two week vacation and would be back the beginning of the following week. Wow Ok.. so I wait another 4-5 days till he gets back and I’m told by someone other than Kevin himself that the change is not possible and I would have to wait a year to reapply for the card I initially wanted. What a joke. Avoid doing business with this guy.

Horrible service. Lots of miss communication from the tellers. Literally made me waste gas going back I forth for different documents, and when I came back they told me they needed something else... would give 0 stars if I could.

Really bad customer service. Went to this branch but told that there would be an hour wait. Left my phone number and name but nobody has called me. Made an appointment online and went in to talk to an officer. Told that only a branch manager could help. Haven’t heard from the branch manager either.

I've been a Chase customer for almost 10 years and always received great customer service in the past. But all of the older employees are gone now and the last two times I went in and dealt with Monica I got terrible service! She has no regard to customer's time and and absolutely no manners. Please retrain her in customer service. I called the manager to discuss the issue and he didn't offer any solution. This place acts like they don't care if they have your business. Oh well, I opened an account with School's First and I'm never looking back.

Another let down by this stupid bank! Monica and her team were all sitting there not doing a thing, one of them was sitting on top of a desk talking to all the women as if this was a bar. We need to make an appointment, for what so they can make an excuse and say there busy!?! We had an hour to make a business account and they didn't want to help! Such a lazy bank what do you pay your people for? Monica maybe being a banker isn't for you! Learn customer service.

I have been a Chase customer for 25 years. Chase had my email address and phone number, but failed to notify me that one of my lesser-used cards had a $32.96 unpaid balance. That card had a $20,000.00 limit. Because Chase did not update my mailing address when I moved, and chose not to call, text, or email me despite having all three methods to reach me, I lost 140 points on my credit score, Chase took all of my Sky Miles, and canceled my credit card, which I'd never been late on in 15 years. I'd have expected more after 25 years as a customer. Choosing to ruin my credit and multiple-decade banking relationship over a $32.96 balance on a $20,000.00 credit line without so much as an email or telephone call? Chase's "Credit Bureau Liaison" confirmed that "it's not Chase's policy to email, text, or call if a payment is late." Wow. Words cannot express how negatively I now feel about Chase. I won't be shy about sharing my experience with everyone I know, so they can avoid vesting decades of good faith doing business with a company that would handle a situation like this so poorly.
