Tried opening a business account, spoke to Vanara Phulong was extremely rude, never experienced this type of service at a bank, especially trying to open a business account! The minute I sat down to talk to him seemed very bothered didn't want to help with anything didn't want to explain anything. He needs to learn customer service!!!!!!!

Service sucks, branches are ugly, people are lame, worst bank ever. Area isn't good, parking is terrible, atm's don't function very well. The manager sucks too.

Came in to opening a bank account. Not very busy at all. Around 6 people working...4 at the windows and 2 reps. Waited for quite a bit. And I was told there's only one person who can open bank accounts, and he is busy for the rest of the day. Only one single person that is "licensed" to open accounts for new customers at this whole entire branch?! Seriously did I just waste my time to go in and they turned me away? Pretty bad management. Not that they care, but they just lost one customer and 4 accounts in my family. We will take our business somewhere else.

Big, HUGE difference between an actor and a movie star. And if you can't discern between the two, it's not for me to elucidate. The Academy Awards are, to me, just one big circle j**** I don't begrudge them their little.... celebration: after all, life is short-- enjoy it before you die. Because it could be tomorrow. However, when I think of truly genius performances, they're few and far between. The first that always pops to mind: Marlon Brando as Don Vito Corleone. He envelops, he BECOMES the character. You forget that it's even Marlon Fluxing Brando!! Another: Dustin Hoffman in Rainman. BRILLIANCE!! For the ladies: Marisa Tomei, besides being so damn hot, IS Mona Lisa Vito in My Cousin Vinny!! She earned her Oscar for that!! There's one other, somewhat obscure, because it's old, B&W, and seasonal. However, Alastair Sim absolutely NAILS Ebenezer Scrooge in A Christmas Carol, originally Scrooge (1951). (Maybe it's just me, but the older I get, the more I prefer Scrooge before his reclamation. At least he wasn't a sheep, like everyone else!!) The majority of all other theatrical performances range from "fine, whatever" to "they actually paid you for that?" What the hell, you discombobulatingly ask, does any of this blather have to do with a review of a bank? Patience, young Padawan. Too much turmoil within you! Inner peace, must you seek. Balance, must you find. My fee, you have yet to pay!! Ok, alright. I'll tell you!! Just this one time! Don't tell anybody! It's a Chase branch, like any other. Full of money, that I'm oh, so tempted to rob. But, I can't do the time; I'm delicate. Plus, a smart bank robber doesn't put his trust in a car as old as mine!! So, I abstain. I've frequented the ATM here, which gets kudos for being an excellent ATM, unsurpassed by any other! I also walked inside recently. It's true!! Not all banking can be done via mobile app or ATM!! And my teller, whose name I've forgotten (it was an unusual name, I believe it began with L), was either a damn fine actor, reaching Brando levels, or is just a friendly, gregarious guy!! Nice guy. Would have been 5 stars if he had just rounded up my $800 withdrawal to a cool $1,000!! Still, nice to see someone in the industry being so genuinely affable. Then again, maybe he mistook me for Spielberg, and was brown-nosing for a part. Other than that, rather dinky branch. Shares a parking lot with many other stores, including a Costco... so, you know.... lot of stupid drivers.

I called in and spoke to Luis Hernandez about my Chase issue today and he was able to find the answer for me immediately. He's very friendly and knowledgable. He was able to ease my mind when i spoke to him about my problem. He even took the time to call me back after further investigation into my account info. I really appreciated that he took the initiative to call me when he found new info. I'm happy with the customer service he provided.

Thanks for just dumping a sign in sheet on me while I was waiting AFTER I had been told to sit down and wait for a personal banker.

So far so good! My wife and I had our joint account closed for no apparent reason and it has been an ordeal to say the least. I needed to take care of a bunch of business at this location last week and everything went very unexpectedly smoothly. The facility is very clean, comfortable, and inviting. The banker I spoke with was extremely professional and handled my issues quickly. He really knew what he was doing and showed me how much I'm valued as a customer. I would recommend this Chase branch to anyone who banks with them.

Omg they are playing annoyingly loud music. It's a bank, there is no need for distracting music.
