I had a flat that they repaired quickly and ata reasonable price. And they discovered my brakes were almost to the metal (they showed me!). Ordered my pads locally and had me back on the road in an hour! I wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

The worst service I've ever had. The technician was very rude. I made it clear that I wanted the puncture patched and no plugs should ever be used. He still used a plug. When I made a remark that I asked for a patch, he was insolent with his response. If you ever have to go there, keep and eye on what the technician is doing.

The owner and manager are disgusting the way they treat the customers and employees! When I went to get a quote I saw the owner berating an employee in front of customers.
I’m ashamed that I gave them any business but will never go back. Don’t go there unless you want your day ruined by such disgusting behavior.

Been going to American Tire Bay last few years. The owner l, keep forgetting his name no matter how many times I hear it, is always ready to get going on diagnosing and get the parts ordered. I appreciate the work ethic. Mechanic work is a gift so I'm glad he's around to help in Fountain Valley. We've gotten full set of tires, brakes, both front and back as needed, alignment, alternator, shocks, power streering fluid change and more last few years. Thanks guys for the hard work ethic and being fair on prices.

Just like everyone says don't go here! I had to as it was Sunday and late, charged $40 for a patch (ripoff) they also don't torque the lugs after they put them on? The two Indian guys seem like they're running the place are definitely not honest people...never again! Avoid at all cost!

Be careful with this place specially if they want to change a part of your car.ex water pump cost maybe 45 dollars they can run you up to total 300 dollars also be careful for extra charge 40 extra not a good place to fix your car they can charge over for things your car may not need I already reported to the better business bureau to fix this people
