Joseph the manager was amazing! He gave me multiple tire options that fit my budget, I was provided a detailed inspection report and he even sent me videos so I could see what was repaired on my vehicle! I will for sure be a lifetime customer thanks to him!!

I paid $1200 here for two new tires and a boot and it allegedly came with a “full inspection” but they failed to notify me my oil was extremely low! I would have gladly paid another $150 for an oil change.. thanks a lot!

Joseph, and the mechanic that worked on our car alongside him were awesome! Jammed up with a nail on two of our tires and he got us out of there in less than an hour on Halloween! Great manager helped by getting dirty and changing a tire! Thanks ATD!

I have taken my car to American Tire Depot twice and have been very pleased with the service and experience! The mechanics work with integrity and keep me involved in the whole process, providing a comprehensive explanation for any issues, and even take me into the garage to show me so I can see what they are seeing! The office crew is very friendly and accommodating and helpful. I will continue to bring my business to these guys, they took great care of me and my car!

Brought my car to their Fountain Valley branch to fix a flat tire. Mechanic accidentally damaged a part when lifting the car. I went back to American tire to show the damage and they fixed the damage right away and refunded me with all my expenses for parts. I am very impressed with their customer support and service. Joe, the manager is very responsive and caring. 5 star rating is very well deserved

I needed replacements on both of my front tires and after calling a half dozen local tire shops, I was becoming frustrated by their service and lack of options.
I came across American Tire Depot and based on their stellar reviews and proximity to my home, I decided to give them a call and was so happy that I did. Luis assisted me through the whole process and he was efficient, prompt, friendly, professional, and very transparent with pricing.
My tires were not available same day, but Luis ensured that he could place an order and have them delivered the following day.
In fact, the tires were delivered the same day in the late afternoon, and Luis called promptly to advise.
I arrived at their shop the following morning to drop off my car and was informed it would be an hour wait for the tire installation. I decided to walk down the street to a Cafe and grab an ice coffee and within 40 minutes, I received a call from Luis that my car was ready for pick-up.
