The pharmacy at this location is a joke. The staff here, specifically the pharmacist, Darryl, are incompetent, rude, and disrespectful. I waited in the drive-thru line for 45 minutes this afternoon to be told my prescriptions weren’t ready, this is specifically unsettling when I was told the night before that they’d be ready in the morning. When I expressed by dissatisfaction to Darryl, instead of taking ownership of the unfulfilled promise, he began to make disrespectful comments towards me. I do hope Walgreens’ corporate office sees these negative feedback and provide Darryl and his pharmacy staff the customer service training that they desperately need as it seems like this is a pattern of behavior. I will most look into taking my business elsewhere.

0 stars for the pharmacy! Always a long line waiting inside and all the doctors working there just seems to taking their sweet time to wait to clock out. And good luck if you are waiting at the drive thru because it takes them at least 30-40 mins to serve one patient, even if it’s only for pickup, if you asked more question they are gonna tell you that you are blocking the line. They have so many doctors working on site I don’t get why they can’t make things right and efficient! My father has cancer, every time he comes back from chemo all tired and sick, still have to wait for this unprofessional place to treat patients like crap. Again, today my mom tried to pick up medicine, not only they made her wait in line for over an hour just to drop off prescription, and they texted her to go pick up like 4 mins before they closed.

Horrible experience with their Photo Booth.
I went to their western union they said they don’t have $300. So I went to different Walgreens they said I have already picked up the money. Which I DIDNOT.
So I called the Walgreens the girl who was working at the photo booth on the 30th of April at 06:30
She said she didn’t process it. So I called western union they informed I picked up the money.
And of course I had to drive back to this location to talk to the staff. They were on the phone walking back and forth pretending to be helping when they clearly knew when they make a mistake. The person called “Jesse” roamed around and made some calls and finally agreed to do the transaction again. And made it look like it was my fault.

The pharmacy department is very unprofessional. I tried to fill a prescription and they didn't tell me they didn't have my information and filled the prescription. It would have been nice for him to tell me before filling the prescription. I came back and thats when they told me. They are unable to look up your information. I also said like whatever and the Pharmacist basically made me seem like I
was being unreasonable. He was rude. I will not go to Walgreens anymore. I am hurt at the way I was treated.

Worst pharmacy customer service EVER. Corporate needs to do a serious in-service asap! At 1:20pm the tech who was working the drive through ignored me for 10 until she couldn't any longer. This young lady had the worst attitude I have ever encountered. I've never seen someone hate their job as much as she's did. I left went to Ralph's pharmacy was greeted and got the RX filled. Walgreens you blew it !

It sounds like most people who complain treat pharmacy's like they are a McDonalds. The pharmacy does what they can with what they got and I think they are heroes. Pharmacist are doctors who are not treated with respect. I'm always surprised how people walk in and talk to them like they are beneath them. People don't complain when they wait at Doctors office. Just easier to do so when the pharmacy in a retail environment is expected to "do things right now" It really is simple. Understand your insurance plan and preferred pharmacy within the plan=lower copays. Proactively assess the pharmacies intake and give them time to fill it accordingly. Bad reviews sound like Karen's and Kevin's. I had a great experience and didn't feel the need to rush the staff with their shortages. Bless their hearts.

This place will have you waiting for medications in the drive throw for ever, this should be faster almost 1 hour now .. they always make me go back in line to get my medication ready to speed up process but they don't do that with everyone else.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! They wait for patient to die before they give out prescription. If you call them it's urgent, they will hang up on you after holding your call for 30 minutes.

Horrible pharmacy. Be prepared to wait a minimum of 45 minutes in the drive thru pickup lane for your prescription. This place is a joke!

This place had the worst customer service from the cashier Carol. She did the even try to help us with our return and we ended up finding the receipt on my app which she said we couldn't do and loudly called for a manager saying some code and no receipt return. She had no patience and rudely called us over just to be loud on her walkie to someone then proceeded to be rude to us. Horrible customer service!

Here to enlarge a photo of my GF's grandfather who passed away this morning. It's convenient to have a one hour photo station available, Two kiosk station with seatings . Purchased frames and pictures was ready when we came back an hour later .

This places is the absolute worst! Pharmacy wait time is out of this world ridiculous!!!! To top it off the people are not even friendly!
