We booked an appointment online for my dog that needed to be seen they call us say that it was a Computer error refused to see us, then said call another business I will never take any my pets there. this happened on May 4th 2024. I will stay with the Riverside location because they treat us with respect and any time there was an error they took care of us. Beware stay away from this location.

DO NOT GO SEE DR BOLTZShe is the worst vet I’ve ever seen for my dog. She said she was overweight and then gave her treats on the counter!!! When I asked her why she was giving treats and saying she’s overweight she said “it’s okay they’re low calorie. That’s not an excuse. She did NOT ask if it was okay to even give her treats and we showed up for an allergy concerns!!!Do not see this vet. Avoid Dr Boltz if you love your dog in any capacity.

Honestly very disappointed. Worst experience. On Saturday Feb. 10th, we came in for an appointment at 10:15am. Came in at 10 to checkin earlier since it’s our first time visit at this location. Check-in was smooth but once we were in the room with my dog, we waited for 50 minutes without anyone coming in. My dog was getting anxious so we went out side of the room to ask for the vet. Front desk person said emergency happened and she doesn’t know when my dog will be seen. If something like that happens, isn’t it a common courtesy to come and tell us? Also, we went in for a wellness check as well, the vet didn’t even take a look at my dog. Just left the room by saying we need to wait another 20 min. She was very rude and abrupt. We never saw her again and the tech came back to give us the bill. I would not recommend anyone to trust the staffs at this location to care for their dogs.

The doctors and all the staff are great with all my pets no matter in what condition they come in. They treat them like if they r there own. I take Spiderman which is a community cat and they love him so much. They don't show any difference when it comes to pets and community cats. The love for them makes me me continue taking all my cats there.

Came for X-rays but the vet wasn’t comfortable telling me the results and wanted to send them to someone else for 100 bucks. I recommend going somewhere else if you are in the same place.

I made an appointment to search my pup for fleas and prescribe medicine. Simply calling to make the appointment was frustrating and the staff member on the phone was acting as if they knew nothing about Vetco. I also called Petco for help in terms of knowing where to go when arriving, and the staff member was sarcastic once they finished helping me saying “is there anything else I can ACTUALLY help you with.” When it was time for the appointment, the vet simply looked over my pup for 20 seconds, concluded she had no fleas but would still offer medication, and would make passive aggressive comments about the condition of my dog. She mentioned the pups fur felt weirdly dry but had no official diagnosis for it and mumbled under her breath that “she’s just an itchy dog”. I thought the vet would come back into the room, but another staff member came in showing me a bill of about $565 for things I didn’t even go in for. I politely declined most of the bill, but I still had to pay $65 for the vet simply to look at my pup for 20 seconds and conclude nothing was off. Later when I got home, I took the initiative to handle the situation myself and buy a topical treatment and over the counter chewable for my pup and to my surprise found some fleas, as I originally suspected. Ridiculous, waste of money, and overpriced.
