New Car Wash is nice. But parts are problematic.
According to the attendant inside, who was very professional and did everything he had to do, the car wash was installed about a week before I came here. And knowing what I do about car washes, I am aware that these systems can tend to have bugs that need to be ironed out in the programming or in the system itself, Particularly when they are brand new. The actual soft touch system itself is very well functional. The problem I had was with the blowers. They are not very strong and tend to live a lot of water on top of the car. On top of that, when I tried to back up to get the front dried again, the blower would strangely turn on and off when I backed up. I think that's a sensor issue, so seeing as it's brand new, I'm not gonna dock too many points because it can be fixed, especially at an early stage. Whether or not they will, I don't know.
I purchased the $9 express package. It was basically just a soft touch cycle and a rinse/dry. I'm not a fan of the pricing all that much Especially considering the blowers sucked.
The bay is HUGE. I like the lighting effects that they've added. Overall, it's a mixed bag and if you're looking for a high quality clean, I wouldn't recommend coming here. Based on my experience, you'll get a mid-tier result.

The worst customer service, this place is horrible. Got a soda went to pay up front counter was dirty and gross.

The place is dirty. The lids don't fit the cups. The counter had coffee, soda and other liquids on it. No one wiped it down. Dirty place, lazy employees, don't waste your time.

I came here this morning to buy my kids some snacks before school. The cashier scanned each item twice and over charged me. Never gave me my receipt and treated me with disrespect. The manager is also rude to me every time I come in here. This store really needs new management and employees. I definitely won't be coming back. I hope corporate see's this and makes some changes.

Came here specifically to use the Ralphs rewards fuel points to fill the car, since gas prices have gone up. The pumps are newer than some other Shell stations so the process was very easy. Simply entered my Ralphs rewards number and it automatically applied the max discount of 50 cents off per gallon, which saved me quite a bit on a whole tank. I did not go inside, but the pump area outside was clean and maintained.

I have been coming here for years. After going to another shell gas station. It took $30 less to fill up my suv then here. I don't know how but they are scamming on gas. Go to a different location fact check me

More than half of the sprayers that dispense water and soap in the car wash are not working. I'm paying full price for the car wash though.
Update 6/12/21: For weeks the car wash has smelled like something died in it. It has to be contaminated by somethng, and is probably some sort of health hazard.
