I love this rite aid, my rite aid near me closed down. Since then I've come to this one and service is great and store is always clean.

Very bad service. I waited in line to buy medicine for my son for over 15 minutes. When it was my turn, the cashier left me to help in the ice cream section. There was already another worker serving ice cream yet she still left me waiting.

This was a welcoming experience today. Not only did Lourdes help with cosmetics, which I had questions about, but also Robert told me information about a Thrifty ice cream scoop that I was thinking about buying. Both showed extreme customer service.It made my Rite Aid shopping experience delightful and totally surprising.

The worst customer service from the clerk in Pharmacy her name is Faith, complete disregard for customers, needs to learn compassion and basic service experience! This Rite Aid Pharmacy location is lacking in so many ways!!

Posting for my husband..Pickup was difficult. Cashier wanted me to pull up the actual email, live on my phone instead of a screen shot, of my computer screen.. I'm 65. I don't use my phone for email. After treating me like I was trying to steal that bottle of tylenol, she relented. Ill go to target next time.

I wish I had gotten the name of the pharmacist I just spoke to. She was beyond rude when asked about moving a prescription from one store to her store. She repeatedly gave one word answers that were neither helpful nor polite. I finally told her since it was clear I was bothering her, to please disregard. What a humbling reminder why I don't use this Rite Aid which is 3 minutes from my house. Do yourself a favor and avoid it for prescriptions. Just awful.
