I made the mistake of ordering the wrong pump for my freightliner. They had no problem helping me with the problem that I created. Exchanged pumps hassle free and extremely easy. Would definitely recommend.

Let me start off by saying I take reviews very serious, because you are affecting someone’s livelihood possibly multiple people with what you say.I ran all over Arizona and California looking for the bumper scan of a 2017 freightliner, I needed it very bad seeing as I was making my commute back to the East Coast and my truck was not DOT safe. After having velocity in Whittier California tell me they have the part only for me to drive an hour in traffic for them to say apologies we do not! That’s when Lynn crockpot stepped in not only did the gentleman have the pot he was over $50 cheaper then both Freightliner and a different secondhand parts seller I was trying to work with.There lot “Lynn Truck Parts”Is not very big and deceiving at that,But the place is ran like a top-notch business it’s spotless it’s organized easy parking it was such a pleasant experience I cannot say enough.. What I will end this with is no matter what you’re purchasing an aftermarket truck parts I would give Lynn truck parts in Fontana California the final call.

We do a lot of insurance work and for a recent job they chose to go with Lynn for an aftermarket fender on a Volvo tractor. We purchased the fender and when we opened up the box it was cracked, warped, split, too long, and was a cheap quality replacement part. We sent an email to Lynn showing the photos and images of all of the damage. After letting the customer know the quality of the part, they let us go ahead and buy oem to get their truck back as soon as possible. By the time Lynn got a hold of us, they said they would not accept the fender back unless we showed them pictures of the fender installed on the truck that it was suppose to go on. By now we already had the new oem fender installed on the truck. We have never had a company refuse to accept a return simply because we could not show it installed on the unit, the damaged photos showing the poor quality of the part alone would of been enough for anyone else that we have been doing business with for over 20 years. Getting a hold of anyone from here is also a joke. Would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company, they are fine trying to get that sale from you but after that you are on your own.
